Economist-Physics Professor Dr. Phillise Todd on the abrupt global warming energy crisis

 thanks - I'm listening to her playlist now. The 14 to 1 minimum return as EROI is a fascinating concept but yes this "surplus energy" obviously has "externalities" (unaccounted costs). The "surplus energy" concept ALSO needs to be applied in a reverse manner as "global warming CO2 EQUIVALENT emissions" as the "arctic-news" blog explains. So the current 1.2 temperature increase as a global average doesn't include the arctic extreme anomalies with the "arctic amplification" - as Dr. Todd points out the Arctic is warming 4 times faster. But it's the methane bomb as a CO2 equivalent that is key. 

We are at 700 Ppm already as CO2 equivalent emissions due to methane releases. The ocean inertia means it will keep releasing heat as it has absorbed 90% of the heat from global warming. So the EROI minimum just needs to be reversed. I wrote a paper on this for my "Environmental Economics" University class called "The Incorrect Supply and Demand Model" based on the book "Politics of the Solar Age" by Hazel Henderson. She wrote the book in 1988 but it's still valid - it was ahead of its time big time. haha.

So Dr. Todd says she hopes to move to Canada and live off the land. Yes that is my plan also - or at least I bought land in the northern U.S. in a very cold area. I hand-dug a well. I'm not sure if I get water there in the winter. I need to check when I go up there next. I'm waiting on some wood stove parts to arrive. I'm doing a modification of my mini-wood stove to increase the efficiency hopefully. I got an "Ecofan" to distribute the heat better in my hermit hut. I got "heat exchanger" strips to put on the stove pipe. I use water to store the heat - about 4 gallons - and bricks along the outside of the stove. I will insert ceramic fiber board to insulate the fire box - as an "after burn" chamber above the baffle. This is to reburn the wood smoke for a cleaner burn and more heat.

 Quantum biology is based on "negative entropy." Professor Todd is taking about the entropy of reusing materials - recycling and reclamation - versus the "surplus value" of "primitive accumulation" as it is called by Marx. 

 

There is another "surplus value" that I call the "surplus value of consciousness." So not just the surplus value of exploited labor and ecology. The "surplus value" of consciousness is due to the exponential math and logarithmic math we all get indoctrinated in by Western education - of a concept of linear materialistic time.

 

So we primates used to all live in the rainforest where LISTENING was the primary perception - not vision. We listen in 360 degrees all at the same time - and this can be translated into all the other perceptions including vision. Light is created by the curvature of time-frequency energy itself - this is called "noncommutative" quantum algebra. Even Sabine Hossenfelder does not know about this - as she ignores the noncommutative math. haha.

 

I have posted on Sabine Hossenfelder's comments - most physicists are still indoctrinated in classical physics whereas the foundation of reality is quantum that is noncommutative and also nonlocal.

In other words - we all "leave the Matrix" when our spirit leaves our body at death. All matter is essentially made of photons that are not limited to linear time. Roger Penrose emphasizes this point - eventually the whole matter and spacetime mass of the Universe goes into black holes as nonlocal entangled photons. These create "gravity potential" signals from the future. 

 

So as Penrose emphasizes the cosmic radiation microwave background should still contain signals from BEFORE the Big Bang - that can be reversed backwards in time. We exist within a 5D black hole - on the microscopic level and it can be experienced as a truth of reality - that goes beyond any spatial scale. Photons do not experience spatial scale and so the Big Bang can be "stretched" into the future and the remote future of the Universe having an "exponential expansion" as gravitational potential Dark Energy can be "squeezed" back into the past.

 

And so we are secretly guided by the future and we can LISTEN to the future because listening is faster than time-frequency uncertainty and this listening then SQUASHES THE FUTURE to create energy as heat. This is what Wim Hof does as his Tummo breathing technique from Tibetan yoga. So by creating heat - this is how ancients survived extreme weather conditions when the Mt. Toba Supervolcano explosion went off.

Dr. Herbert Benson of Harvard went to India to document the Tibetan monks creating internal heat - they stay outside in the cold even - with hardly any clothes on. We can train to create energy internally from the future via meditation as "negative entropy."

 Wim - they did a study on dogs turning around - it has to do with the magnetic field! "Dogs use the Earth's magnetic field when they're relieving themselves. Not only that, but canines choose to do so in a north-south axis, a new study published in the journal Frontiers in Zoology says." Your dog is exhibiting quantum biology negative entropy entanglement consciousness just as you are doing with your Tummo breathing. haha.

 Professor Todd also didn't seem to focus on the aerosol masking effect whereas James Hansen has stating that the aerosol masking effect is the current main cause of increase in global temperatures!! So this whole idea that we can have some kind of deindustrialization process neglects the main point that GEE McFEarSun is emphasizing. Also no mention of the "arctic-news" blog? That gives the details as well.

 She's not mentioned depleted uranium two-headed babies! Her economics-physics focus is a big "gee-whizzy" on the effects of the U.S. Imperial military genocidal complex. Mining uranium already has created "National Sacrifice Zones."

 Professor Todd is giving a brilliant stunning analysis - very fascinating - good critique of the "MEERS" and other geoengineering - not to mention all the crazy unpredictable side effects. Jim Massa goes into that a lot on geoengineering. Professor Todd is focused on the economy but seems to be underestimating the power of Mother Nature to take revenge. She mentions we've already triggered tipping points. Yes indeed - the positive feedbacks are way underestimated - the methane bomb, etc. The irony of the "Don't Look Up" movie is that civilization IS the comet! those nuclear bombs to destroy the comet will themselves had "side effects" that neglect any positive effects.

 Professor Todd's critique of the steady state circular economy based on the reuse of materials increasing entropy with each us (via degrading) is true but neglects that Ecology as a resource is based on "negative entropy" or negentropy as quantum biology. Basically this is how carbon sequestration occurs via life doing photosynthesis also - of course it is not "concentrated." 

So as she states the RATE of growth of course could not be the same. A tree or prairie with herds of ungulates is also concentrating carbon - just not over millions of years as with ocean algae (that is now oil).... YES the steady state economy absolutely does NOT work based on a definition of "linear" time as progress - which is based on technology. It would literally have to be an ecological economy based on biology and NOT based on technology. That is how humans lived for our first 90% of our modern biology - before agriculture. haha.  

I agree with her obviously that based on how modern human society is organized - with agriculture - then the steady state economy would not work. For example "jobs" did not exist until the 1600s in Europe. For the Incas for example if a male wanted to get married then he HAD to donate part of his farm crop and do military service - so that was his "job." And as Michael E. Hudson points out in the early agriculture city-states of West Asia - the financial "growth" as interest - the exponential growth - was cancelled out as a Jubilee every five years. 

Why? Because they KNEW that ecology is a circular economy not based on linear time. So the farmers could only grow so much and then there is losses, etc. Another thing is that around 8000 BCE - there was an ecological crisis due to the technological "progress" of deforestation to create limeash for water proofing the houses - via lime ash cement. So that was the FIRST "ecological crisis" of the first white Europeans that "fled" into Europe from West Asia - white from monocultural farming, lack of vitamin D.
