So searching the word Generative gives fascinating results.

 

 

 

 So there is negative generative force or Yin qi which is created from generative fluid  and positive generatitve force or Yang Jing or yang qi which is also called Essential Generative Force. by ESSENTIAL is meant the hidden Yang or Metal element inside the Water of negative or Yin jing. 

 

So the ESSENTIAL as Yang is also HEAVEN which means that by visualizing light in the third eye - this ALSO creates metal or Essential Nature in the third eye as Yang jing or yang qi. And so by combining the two then the white light as moonlight manifests as the First Half of immortality. The Yuan Qi of the third eye is activated.

So then the Yuan Qi has to be collected via the Ambrosia or salvia and the purification by rotating the eyes.

Let's continue on with generative force to see what happens.

"Essential Generative" only gives one hit.

So why is it crucial to stop all thoughts? For the SAME reason that light manifests in the third eye. The hidden Yang jing is also the Metal of Heaven as Essential Nature.

So metal plus fire opens the third eye as Heaven.

So the yin qi as yang jing is the first half of immortality. This "negative vitality" or yin qi is also what manifests the golden light. But it has to be combined with the metal of yang jing as yang qi or True vitality.

So the slow method is for middle-age males who already have lost the generative force. So the MAIN source of positive or yang jing (yang qi) is from celibacy and it has to has to be restored to the level of a 16 year old before the light of the third eye manifests again!!

Most people - for examnple on thetaobums forum - can NOT even ACCEPT this basic truth of training.

OK here the book says generative fluid is NOT the same as "negative" generative force or yin qi.

So now I need to double check this.

So the Wood of the Liver as yin qi goes to the Heart when the eyes are open and this powers the Hun Soul with the eyes open. This is what causes the NORMAL course - the dilation of the genital Duct is from this wood yin qi since with the eyes open the heart is now separated from the lower abdomen and therefore the Sun and Moon are also separated.

So that is the Wim Hof method - the Quick Fire deep breathing activates the adrenal glands to produce yin qi energy.

So then only by rotating the eyes is the Yuan Qi created from the yin qi of wood and yang qi of metal.

yang qi being positive generative force or positive vitality.

 

yin qi being negative generative force or negative vitality.

So that's why the eyes have to be rotated since the Sun is the Yang as Spirit or fire of the yin qi of the heart and the left eye while the Sun is also yang qi as metal hidden in the water of the lower abdomen.

The Moon is the right eye as the lower abdomen water while the Moon is also the hidden yin qi wood of the heart.

The sun is the golden light as yang shen and the moon is the white light as yin shen.

 

 So through meditation on the third eye then the hidden Essental Metal in the Water is brought out in the third eye and this is what creates the white light - the yang qi has been restored.

When the eyes twinkle as Evil Fire of the heart - that is the Wood yin qi which then causes the Water as the dilated genital duct to be activated as the Po Soul.

So that is how the Po Soul "clings" to the Hun Soul through the hidden wood element of the heart.

 

So the generative fluid HAS the hidden positive generative force within it as metal ONLY when the thoughts are emptied out. 

 

Whereas the Wood element as Yin Qi is the NEGATIVE generative force of the heart as passion - which then dilates the genital duct of mortality. 

 

So if the generative fluid is reversed then that Yin Qi can be used for Health but ONLY for health and not real immortality as Yuan Qi.

 

 So then the breathing serves two purposes:

 

 So again the Negative Generative Force is from the Hun Soul with the wood element - of the heart leaving the eyes - which is disconnected part of the Water Yin as yin qi.

 

So you lose the yang qi due to the activation of the wood element of the Heart - as the disconnection of the Sun and Moon light which purifies the generative force.

 

 So the yin qi still allows healing energy - at MOST but is NOT the Yuan Qi which is only produced from the purification of the spirit fire via the metal going back to the heart as Essential Nature to open the third eye.
