The heart is called Yi [unified power] becuz when intent moves, spirit is agitated; qi is dispersed. Qi is the Mother of spirit; Spirit is the child of qi. The Mother as qi is the horse that guides/conducts the river chariot (yin spirit) in the water (yin jing). Once your mind is away from the lower Elixir Field, your Qi will be led away from it and be consumed. By gathering the Shen into the lower tan tien then the Qi follows it there. Dizziness from raising the Inner Fire that manifests the Golden Light (Yang shen)

So the inner fire is used to drive out thoughts of the mind (yin qi) but ONLY if the inner fire is concentrated as Yuan Qi or True Vitality. Otherwise the inner fire is just the Yang qi rising up.

This dizziness is an actual Spacetime Vortex of the Yuan Qi!!

After I experienced this dizziness I stopped meditating - since I had no idea what had happened. haha.

I had a few more "spiritual vitality" or Yuan Qi healing experiences - like what I accidentally pulled this old lady's spirit right out of her body - it felt like a heavy blob getting pulled out. The original qigong master had said to NOT pull energy blockages from out of the top center of the skull - so I forgot he had taught this and I accidentally pulled out her Hun Soul. She immediately started bawling even though she could not see what I was doing and I never touched her.

So this stage of the Spirit-vitality is when the middle Tan T'ien is activated and the goal is to turn the Yuan Qi into more yang shen via the inner fire.

So the Yuan Qi or True Vitality is what can cause the spacetime vortex or dizziness....

So the OUTER microcosmic agent is the Yin Qi created by the quick fire bellow breathing that converts food into negative generative force. I think it is also the Yang Qi as metal of the generative force.

So once enough OUTER is gathered then it has to be "copulated" into the Inner microcosmic alchemical agent as TRUE vitality or prenatal vitality.

Right so the OUTER alchemical agent is the yang qi with yin fire and yin qi with yang fire - but not copulated or purified into the True Vitality as Prenatal Yuan Qi.

OH ok so the Macrocosmic alchemical agent then continues to take in the Yang Qi and Yin Qi as the OUTER alchemical agent to continue combining it with the Yuan Qi as the INNER alchemical agent....

thereby building up the Yang Shen body....

So the Inner Fire is still just the Yin Shen or negative spirit from the yang qi as OUTER alchemical agent or positive generative force.

Once you see external light then you've activated the True Vitality as the Yang Shen starting to develop - see with the eyes open.

As I stated - I saw ghosts with my eyes open and I also saw the original qigong master creating Yuan Shen to heal people and he corroborated both of these things without me saying anything. He said, "Since someone has seen this then I will explain it." And he explained how they were ghosts....

As I said - I only maintained this state for a few weeks. Since I had not studied this book well enough then I didn't understand the details.

Also thetaobums forum told me to NOT read this book and when I posted info from it then many people attacked me. So I was being confused from all the false info on that forum.

So again the left eye is SUN as the fire of the Yang shen but the left eye is also wood as the yin qi of the Hun Soul that is Moon as yin shen. The right eye is Moon as the yin shen of the yang qi which is metal as the Sun of the lower abdomen.

So by rotating the left eye and right out the OUTER FIRE as sun and moon mingle as Hun soul (left eye) and po soul (left eye) so that the INNER FIRE and WATER (yang shen and yin shen) can mix...

So then the Foetal or Immortal Breathing kicks in as Nirvikalpa Samdahi - the centers of the hands and feet pulsate as the OUTER fire enters in - the yin qi - and then is harmonized into Yuan Qi internally. I began this state but I had no idea HOW to practice this!

So then if you know this method - as long as you do not sleep before purification then you can maintain spirituality as Yuan Qi energy.

The outer agent gathered in is still just YIN QI and so not purified yet. It's shen is too low a frequency.

let's search for yin fu or negative fire.

So negative fire is the yin shen from the yang qi in the saliva. So down the front it is yin qi.

So once again the yin qi by going down the front channel then changes into generative fluid....

So the yang qi originates from the Prenatal Yuan Qi - and separates into the hidden element of Water from it's previous origination in Heaven. This is called the Hun Soul since the clouds rain down the water from heaven.

So Earth as Kun also means the Lower Tan T'ien.

So the Negative Fire is the yin qi that has to join with the yang qi to become Yuan Qi.

so the Sun is Dragon as yin qi of the heart. When it is going out of the eyes it is the Hun Soul as yin shen. When it is reversed then it activates the Positive Fire as the Yang Shen (golden light) of the Yang Qi.

So again the Left Eye is the Sun as Wood yin qi (moon) and yang shen. The Wood yin qi is the Moon that needs to return to the Water (moon) to create Earth.

The right eye is the Metal yang qi (sun) and Moon yin shen. The Metal yang qi as the Sun needs to return to the heart as Heaven.

So then the MOon as wood or yin qi unites with the Moon of Dragon as the Lower Tan T'ien. This unites the negative or yin qi of Earth (wood) with the Yang shen as Sun, the golden light, positive element of Earth - now rising up the spine as Positive Inner Fire.

So once the hidden Metal or Yang Qi of Water is used up then it has to be replaced by food turning into yin qi that is then stored back into Earth - via the wood element.

To obtain the Yang Shen positive principle of Earth.

So again the TRUE inner fire rises up the spirit-vitality - it moves the cauldron up to the middle Tan t'ien and so it is the positive element of Earth.

Hence the negative and positive elements of Earth.

So when the negative fire goes down the front - this is yang qi of saliva ambrosia but yin shen.

when the two unite this creates the Spirit-vitality of Yuan Qi and Yuan Shen....

So the fullness of generative force is the Yang Qi that manifests as Yin Shen - as Heaven - the first half of enlightment. It is the vitality which is negative (meaning negative spirit). Only when the yin qi and yang qi are purified into Prenatal Yuan True Vitality does the yang shen as Positive spirit begin to manifest as external light.

So again the Yang Qi is from the Yuan Qi splitting into Heaven and Earth and then into Water. So the Yang Qi has to be returned to Heaven as the hidden metal of water. So then by rolling the eyes this causes the yin qi from the Hun Soul wood perverse thoughts to mix with the Yang qi that remains in the water - to return the yang qi to Heaven by going down the front channel. This is how the Purification occurs to create Yuan Qi again from the previously negative yin qi from food.

So when the eyes are open as Hun soul it changes the previous Heaven Metal BACK into wood as yin qi due to the separation of the heart from the lower abdomen and therefore the cooling of the fire of the Yang Shen hidden in the yin qi wood of Earth.

So this is why purification is difficult in modern times.

So then in the final training the yin qi of Earth has to ALSO be purified into yang qi.

This enables the body to turn completely into True Vitality as Yuan Qi.

So the Yin Qi is Earth as eternal light but it is transformed into Heaven as Essential Nature as yang qi via purification through the fire of the shen.

So then the Yuan Qi as yang qi is actually the Superluminal Yin Matter as the Emptiness that radiates Positive Spirit or Golden Light. So it is called in science the DELOCALIZED PROTON plasma - nonlocal (as described by Dr. Mae-Wan Ho and Professor Emilio del Guidice).

So this is also called the "essential" body meaning Positive vitality as Metal golden alchemy.

So the yin qi has a lower frequency light. This is also discussed by the San Bushmen healing training.

So the cleansing is very the Positive Fire looking down as the Yang Qi Metal goes up the back (and this the wood yin qi in the heart returns to Earth while the metal of water returns to Heaven). The purification is then the yin qi from food and impure thoughts now in the water going down the front - and mixed together. So the blood is yin qi but the pineal gland turns blood into cerebrospinal fluid as yang qi via lecithin that is ionized through biophoton spirit laser light. When swallowed then this creates great heat in the small intestines as purified yin qi that can be absorbed back to create more yang qi.

From the viewpoint of 5D field theory, waves of de Broglie type have to be considered real.So in 5D all particles behave like photons and everything in the universe is in causal contact with everything else.

Also, a simple connection between Q_M and relativity theory for the De Broglie particle/pilot wave concept shows that v_p v_w = c² is required, where the subscripts p and w refer to particle and wave, respectively. Thus, since v_p < c, always, via relativity theory, v_w> c always for the information wave components making up the De Broglie pilot wave.

Visually, the frequency and amplitude changes but the EAR hears no difference - both phases are the Perfect Fifth just inverted as undivided yin-yang (the Taiji). I was discussing noncommutative phase with Nobel physicist Brian Josephson - and he said that I didn't understand how octaves were a geometric logarithm - so that C to G is 3/2 yet G to C is 3/4 as the harmonic series. So I tried to point out to him that since the 2 and 4 are the SAME C as "pitch" - then in the same octave, when doubled back, you can not HAVE the same G as Both the Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth. Why? Because 3/4 is the reverse direction in time - so that now the "3" is the denominator as a new root tonic. And so the harmonic series assumes this is a logarithmic equation as a ratio that can be inverted - but you can not evenly divide the octave and the Perfect Fifth since 2 does not go into 3 evenly. So this means that 3/4 is actually C to F while C to G is 3/2 and the C to F was derived from doubling 2/3. So this is called the "phantom tonic" in music theory and reveals the noncommutative phase origin of the music harmonics - as Alain Connes recognizes. Let us draw up a fundamental vibration with its first and second harmonic overtones [1:2 and 2:3]….if we then shift the phase relationship, we get a totally different course of the combined curve; that is, of the pressure course [amplitude and frequency] which is apparently effective in the final analysis. When looking at both curves, one might suppose that in the two cases we should hear two sounds that are just as different. But in fact our ear does not notice any difference. biophysicist Vitus B. Dröscher states in his book, Magic of the Senses, p. 168 I defer to Cambridge University physicist R D Patterson who, in his classic academic “Psychology of Music” journal paper on the spiral pulse-stream processor—describes how period is inverse to pitch and natural integars for pitch create a free-energy transduction from the ear (sound-wave-mechanical pressure, water pressure-electromechinical transduction) to the brain. That is the bait and switch - and then he says - (1, 4) = (7, 5) What is (1, 4)? It is a Perfect Fourth which is the PITCH of C to F (overtone, 4/3). Anyone who actually knows how to play music would not fall for this bait and switch! What is (7, 5)? It is a Perfect Fourth which is the PITCH of C to G! "The term subcontrary may refer to the fact that a tone based on this mean reverses the order of the two fundamental musical intervals in a scale.
