So all I know is that I posted this information as much as possible because I was not seeing it - and also I had people reading my blog - on my posts about this. I'm not trying to prove anything but only saying now Wim is also saying the SAME thing (and so millions are now getting this info!!!).
So practice along! Wim provides the BEST online meditation because it's breathing exercises. Watching a video is NOT meditation but we can do the BREATHING along with Wim in his video - whether we watch or not. So the BREATHING exercise is a great online meditation exercise. We can just listen along and breathing as well....
The two strongest muscles in the body are the Diaphragm and the Glutes. The Breathing though also controls the vagus nerve - if done properly.
Wim Hof is proven to be the real deal - even though he's a Westerner!! This is truly amazing.
As he says in a recent video - he got into yoga and Hindu philosophy by age 12 !! He even taught himself Sanskrit. But not until he started cold water ice water immersion did he truly EMPTY out his mind to achieve deep brain activation - and internal fire tummo.

So as Wim Hof says - the science speaks for itself.
He talks about pressing up the cerebrospinal fluid into the mid brain - this is VERY VERY RARE for a Western to talk about this. He talks about pressing the Shit Up into the Brain!!! haha. This is not a joke. haha.
He talks about how holding the breath AFTER exhale activates the vagus nerve and increases CO2 but this causes then more oxygen to get used deep in the cells directly - beyond the blood.
So it's actually Deep Oxygenation of the body. Wim Hof was claiming this all along but he didn't have a description for it. Then the science showed that the CO2 was actually up - but the scientists were not measuring deep body oxygen - only external CO2 levels in the blood.
