Shaolin technique of transferring Qi from Bull to Heal Human Did not Kill the Bull: The Lineage of Master Jiang Feng

3: That procedure involved the transfer of qi from an animal to human for medical purposes. The animals were not killed. I am not a scholar of buddhist ethics, but it doesn't seem to me that the five precepts were broken. Unusual certainly, but done to achieve a compassionate end.

Quoting Grady, the Western student/translator for Shaolin lineage Master Jiang Feng.

The Master of Jiang Feng, The master names is Grandmaster Xuan Kong. shown here on youtube, taking the energy from the Bull. Amazing vid!

This is the practice they trained in.

So in this vid Master Jiang Feng explains about nerve damage and qi  fascinating! He says that qi energy healing depends on the nerves being healthy.

He thanked us all for coming so far to meet with him, and wanted to welcome us all in a special way. He had us all stand around his table and created a chi field around us. After a very short time (Less than minute), everyone started to experience a sweet taste in their mouths. This sensation lasted for several hours and the members of the group were all in good spirits after this. During this meeting and the remainder of the time there Grady acted as translator for us, as Dr Jiang Feng speaks very little English.

So Grady explains that according to Jiang Feng - "empowerment" is completely necessary in order to build up qi energy in the body - i.e. a qigong master HAS to send energy into you.
Many years ago, a top martial arts exponent challenged him to a duel. He refused, saying that his powers are only to be used for the good. The man insulted him in the hope of making him angry enough to agree to fight.
Finally, Sifu relented, but suggested that the man fight one of his disciples first, and if he won, only then would Sifu accept his challenge. The man agreed.
During the fight, Sifu’s disciple jammed the opponent’s energy system and then sent a massive bolt of qi that paralysed him. He collapsed, and upon recovering, paid homage to Sifu. That man never fully recovered from his injuries till today.
Qigong masters can not only manipulate their own qi, but they can also manipulate other people’s energy system. You cannot fight the YiJinJing masters because they can jam your energy system from a distance; they can shoot you with qi-laser that burns; and when there is contact, they can zap you with intense qi that can kill.
The top masters can jam the energy systems of animals (even a big cow), and Grandmaster Xuan Kong could transfer qi from one animal to another, and from an animal to a human (to boost the qi in an emergency)!
