Official 2013 report found a pattern of Border Patrol standing in front of vehicles as an excuse to shoot into vehicles as deadly force. "a deliberate tactic of intentionally putting themselves in the front of the vehicle....to use deadly force against the driver."
In fact, Ross only begins to walk to the front of the car when Good's wife turns her back to him and reaches for the door--strongly suggesting that his intention at that point was in fact to prevent the women from fleeing.
Jonathan Ross was a CBP at the southern border during that time - from 2007-2015. He would know this tactic.
“It is suspected that in many vehicle shooting cases, the subject driver was attempting to flee from the agents who intentionally put themselves into the exit path of the vehicle, thereby exposing themselves to additional risk and creating justification for the use of deadly force.”
"Abolishing ICE is not a radical demand. It is the rational response to an agency that operates like a roaming militia."
199 video playlist of the ICE murder of Renee Nicole Good
Trump is a child rapist - maybe you should not support a child rapist, the lowest scum evil in prison. The problem with supporting ICE is that ICE constantly racially profiles and violates the 4th Amendment, covers their faces, routinely abuses people and the ICE detention centers violate the Geneva Convention as torture conditions. There's been over 30 deaths in ICE facilities. Immigration officers have done 16 shootings and killed four people. ICE truly is gestapo as Faux news goads people to think that protesters are paid by Soros. Faux news is creating a genocidal blood lust of violence. JD Vance is saying that if you support the protesters you will be investigated.
Renee was half a block away from the ICE "target operation" of being stuck in the snow. Blocking the road? ICE vehicles were driving around her as she waved them by.
In this video you can clearly great Renee say after waving the car to pass, "I'm pulling out".
At best she would be charged of a misdemeanor traffic fine and that is not ICE jurisdiction. Jonathan E. Ross will be prosecuted - the video evidence is too strong against him. His cell phone shows her turning her wheel twice to the right to leave. FAFO indeed. Jonathan E. Ross was required to move out of the way of the vehicle
Instead Ross took his gun out of the holster BEFORE the vehicle was moving forward to turn right. "It looks to me like the car was still in reverse" when Ross too his gun out. Joyce Vance
ICE was driving around her. She was half a block away from their supposed "targeted operation" of their car stuck in the snow. It was a misdemeanor at best - blocking the road. That's NOT the jurisdiction of ICE. They wanted to murder her - they hunted her down.
As the district court put it, “The question is whether the Court
can consider the officer’s conduct precipitating the shooting—which
included jumping onto a moving vehicle and blindly firing his weapon
inside—in determining whether the officer used excessive force in
violation of the Fourth Amendment.”50
On the one hand, it is unfortunate that the Court failed to address this
question because arguably it was the critical question at the heart of the
pre-Barnes circuit court split. 51....Pre-seizure conduct of the officer that increased the risk of the encounter turning deadly is just as relevant as de-escalation conduct of the
officer that decreased the risk that the officer would need to use deadly
force....Indeed, many jurisdictions prohibit the discharge by a law enforcement officer of a firearm at a moving vehicle unless necessary to prevent imminent death or serious bodily injury to the officer or others. See, e.g., U.S. Dep’t of Just., Just. Manual § 1-16.200(A)(2) (Use of Deadly Force and Prohibited Restraint Techniques) (2022) .... "decision to step onto the vehicle as it was fleeing caused him to forfeit his right of self-defense” and arguing that “[t]he real question is which facts prior to the moment of threat are legally relevant.”).
@thegigahxrtz correct - he was planning on murdering her as he saw her turning the wheel right twice after she had done a three point maneuver to turn right. You don't back up and turn right if you are not leaving right.
ICE has no jurisdiction against a traffic misdemeanor. She said "I'm leaving" and ICE was driving around her already. She lives in that neighborhood. ICE had a vehicle stuck in the snow - is that a "targeted operation"? hahaha. Jonathan Ross could see her turning the driving wheel to leave as she was making a three point turn already. He already had seen the car back up to turn away and she turned her wheel twice to the right to LEAVE. In NO way was he feeling "physically threatened" while he held his cell phone the whole time. He wanted to murder her and he did murder her.
According to Frank Figliuzzi, former assistant director of Counterintelligence for the FBI, who was in charge of agent shooting inquiries when he served as chief Inspector, “the agents should not have even introduced guns into this scenario” because it was unclear “what crime she was committing that justified not letting her drive off.” He told me in a text that “many police departments now won’t even chase you unless the underlying offense is a violent felony.”
ICE had gotten one of their vehicles stuck in the snow bank and they could not get it out. She was waving by ICE vehicles as she waited for her wife who had them stop to see what ICE was doing there stuck in the snow bank. Having your car block one lane while waiting for someone to get in the car so you can leave is a misdemeanor fine at best but certainly not the jurisdiction of federal agents enforcing federal law.
"We've already executed one of you and we're ready to do it again" - ICE agent in Minneapolis to protesters yesterday. ICE is trained to consider protesters as "elevated security risks" just like in war and so are ready to kill if they "feel endangered." ICE does not have jurisdiction over a misdemeanor traffic fine. We have the highest percentage of prisoners in the world and private prisons contributed big bucks for kickback contracts from fascist child rapist Drumpf. Mind-War says
“Fuckin’ bitch”—and left the scene while she bled out. He was not angry that he hit her with her car—she didn’t. He was angry that his authority was being questioned by a woman—and that she was going to leave. This is classic abuser behavior.
The most dangerous time in an abusive relationship is when the victim tries to leave.
Why is ICE (multiple agents) there hunting her down with contradictory orders? ICE has no jurisdiction to enforce a misdemeanor of blocking traffic. ICE was not enforcing a federal offense and so there was no "impeding" claim by ICE. The cell phone vid shows Renee turning her wheel. Renee announced to ICE , "I am leaving." Renee said that after she said "I am not mad." Renee did a "three point turn" by reversing back to her right and straightening the wheel twice to then pull out to the right. Why did Jonathan Ross keep holding on to his cell phone as he stepped back twice with his right leg and to the side and pull his gun out to kill her? His first shot was to her face through the windshield thereby "seizing" her illegally. The final two shots proves he murdered her in cold blood. His final statement of rage with a swear word and abusive label proves his intentions were not due to feeling being "a threat of serious physical harm," - he didn't even drop his cell phone as he took two steps back and to the side while pulling out his gun and pivoting his left leg as she turned right - because Jonathan Ross already knew she was turning right to leave.
The threat of free joy that does not submit:
Renee should have gotten a misdemeanor for blocking traffic as a citation ticket fine. ICE was not actively enforcing the federal law and so ICE could not charge her with impeding ICE. A civil infraction as in "wrong u-turn" is just a citation - so technically it is an arrest and conviction if you pay the fine but called "arrest-lite" by the activist community. "Reckless driving" is a criminal misdemeanor but again is paid as a citation fine conviction.
ICE is trained to consider protests as an "escalating security risk" and this dehumanizes protesters to be seen as a military target. So by synchronizing two videos it is determined the first gun shot is at the moment his phone is against his body after he fumbles the phone over the car hood. So the phone against his body muffles the first gun shot sound. (see the left image in the split screen for the phone against his body).
Jonathan E. Ross could see her wheel turning twice through his cell
phone as shown on the vid. She was doing a three point turn. He took out
his gun as he stepped back and to the side. He took another step back
with his right leg while his left hand was on the hood with his cell
phone (and then the cell phone was pressed up against his body) and his right hand was shooting and his left leg was pivoting
around - because he already knew she was turning to leave. It's b.s. to
claim he was having a "threat of serious physical harm" when he didn't
even drop his cell phone!! He then said in anger "fing-b" right after he
shot three times into her skull.
The cops says Renee should have been arrested and held accountable - so it would have been a "petty misdemeanor" for blocking traffic - a civil enfarction.
AI confirms that Renee first said, "I'm pulling out":
In the events leading up to her fatal shooting by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in Minneapolis,Renee Good was captured on video saying, "I'm pulling out," as she attempted to leave the scene. The incident occurred when ICE agents were conducting an operation. Video footage shows Good in her car, reportedly trying to let the ICE vehicles pass. After one car passed, other agents stopped, got out of their vehicle, and approached her car.As masked and armed agents quickly surrounded her vehicle and one attempted to open her door, Good can be heard yelling, "I'm pulling out," as she began to back up her car and turn her steering wheel to maneuver out of the way.
The above image is right when the first shot is taken through the windshield. The claim is she was shot to the front of her face and that indicates the first shot was a "seizure" and any shots afterwards were illegal seizure - seizing people without authority.
the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution defines a seizure as agovernment termination of freedom of movement through means intentionally applied...In Barnes, the Supreme Court rejected this narrow rule, indicating instead that courts "must consider all the relevant circumstances, including the facts and events leading up to the climactic moment," in assessing the reasonableness of an officer's use of force (including deadly force). summarizes the Supreme Court's decision in Barnes v. Felix
He is moving his left foot out of the way as he pivots on his right foot. So he's already turned to the SIDE of the car before he takes his first shot....the left foot only has the toes touching the ground as he is moving his left foot out of the way.
"filming during an attack is pretty unusual...he chose to film...why was he so casual.."
If Jonathan E. Ross felt his life was in danger then why did he keep filming with his cell phone in his left hand as Renee was pulling forward, starting to turn? Because he could SEE her turning the wheel to leave. Watch Jonathan E. Ross's cell phone as you/he can see Renee turning her wheel to LEAVE. Jonathan E. Ross knew that and took advantage of that knowledge to take a step back with his right foot, as he pulled his gun out to kill her. He then took a 2nd step back with his right foot....
"the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a threat of serious physical harm,"
if you study the videos closely - only his cell phone hand slams down on the car to balance while he shoots to kill with his right hand. That is not her car striking him - rather he strategically knew she was turning and used that to create a synchronized murder.
Renee's wife was trying to get into the car but the car was locked to keep out the other ICE agent. So Renee was trying to escape without letting her wife in the car first. AI says:
"Renee Good's wife,
Rebecca Good, was outside the car when she yelled "Drive, baby, drive"
His left foot pivoted (see above image) as he knew she was turning right and he shot through the windshield. Now he was clear for two direct shots to the skull and called her an F-B - not self-defense. Someone making a three point turn is not weaponizing or aggressive driving. He then struts to make sure he got his kill and says "call 9-11" and he is the one who aggressively drives away to flee.
He switched his cell phone to his left hand because he saw her (as shown on the cell phone) that she was turning right to leave. So then he stepped back with his right leg as he pulled out his gun to kill her. He then pivoted with his right leg (and left leg in the air spinning back) since again he KNEW she was leaving as he shot through her windshield.
The next two shots were through her open window. The 2nd shot actually created recoil that pushed him back on his feet. Then he called her an F-ing B and he walked over to make sure she was dead. Someone making a three point turn is not "weaponizing" their vehicle. He stepped out of the way - he didn't jump. He planned her murder.
jumping back as the vehicle moves toward him.
The above claim by a "news" radio article is not true.
Renee told the psychotic murderer that "I am not mad at you" less than a minute before Jonathan E Ross shot her three times into the skull and then said, "Fucking bitch." He saw her turning the driving wheel right - it's on his cell phone vid - so he knew she was leaving.
He stepped back with his right leg as he pulled his gun out with his right arm. What "tactical" use of a private cell phone is standard for use of a deadly weapon? He then pivoted his left leg back in time with her turning right so he could get a clearer skull shot. The first shot went through the windshield and the next two shots were with his arm through her open window.
Then he walked to the vehicle to make sure she was dead and he strut back to his vehicle to accelerate away as his escape. He's a cold-blooded psychotic murderer. Someone turning their car at 5 mph is in no way being aggressive or using their car as a weapon. He saw the opportunity to murder her and he took advantage of it.
yes first he moved his right leg back and took his gun out to shoot to kill. Then he pivoted his left leg back as she turned to the right and he shot through the front windshield. Then he finished her off with two shots through the open window. He stood where he did because he saw her turning the wheel - he already knew she would turn and he made sure he was positioned well to murder her.
what everyone says is the crunch sound...is him slamming his cell phone onto the car with his left hand as he fires with his right hand.
UK Guardian says Drumpf blatantly lied as did Homeland Security
They were screaming at her to "move, move, move!"....They were telling her to leave, they were telling her to move and then all of a sudden they were trying to get her.
Emily Heller, nearby neighbor, on ICE against Renee Nicole Good
Murderer Jonathan Ross should be charged with and convicted of murder.
As Renee Nicole Good turns to leave Jonathan Ross, yells "whooa," (in a Perfect Fourth in two syllables), takes a step back with his right leg (at the same time) and draws his gun with right hand (at the same time) then pivots his body to the side of the car by next moving his left leg back and firing at the same time (see below), "before he shoots the gun, he commits the act of murder, no longer in harm's way."
and fires into her front windshield after her wheels are turning the opposite direction he is facing.
First shot below:
The murderer can SEE that she is turning the car wheel to the left - the opposite way he is walking (to her right). The video clearly shows her turning the wheel twice to leave. She did a three point turn - meaning when she reversed the front of the car was turned the wrong way. So when she turned the wheel she straightened out the car to then pull forward and turn left.
Renee's wife had just said, "Drive, Baby, Drive!" - so clearly they were trying to LEAVE. The below image shows the smoke from the first shot! He is clearly standing to the side of the car when he takes the first shot. Renee just told him, "I am not mad at you" and her wife was clearly getting in the car for them to leave. Her wife just said, "we don't change our plates, you can call us later." The cop was clearly a psycho murderer and called his victim a "fucking bitch" after he shot three times into her skull.
Here is the video from the murderer's cell phone - so this is the perspective of his left hand cell phone precisely just before as he steps to the side - when he takes the first shot at the driver:
So for the first shot, Jonathan Ross appears to have his left hand near the front of the car (the hand with the cell phone in it) and his right hand is already firing as he has already stepped to the side and is moving his left leg back. His left foot is slightly in front of the left tire as the car is starting to turn right. He has already stepped to the side of the car as it is turning right and he is shooting with his right hand.
He is saying "Whooaaa" as if he is trying to stop her and he thinks he's shooting in self-defense but also to stop her. He is already of the car's way before he shoots his first shot. First his right leg stepped back and to the side. As his left leg also moved back then he also fires the first shot. But it was blatantly obvious that the wife had just gotten into the vehicle, saying "Drive, baby, Drive!" for them to leave.
By the 2nd shot his right arm is fully extended into the open window. And by the third shot into the car window, into her skull, she is driving off. And you hear Jonathon Ross calling out in anger, "Fucking Bitch" after he shot her three times in her face.
The Murderer after he has checked to make sure he got a clean kill to the skull. He then struts back to his vehicle and speeds off. Drumpf, the child rapist, claimed the Murderer was the victim and was in the hospital with injuries - a blatant lie.
Trump told reporters yesterday that the woman was to blame because “she attempted to run over” the agent. Later, he said she actually had run him over. “She behaved horribly,” Trump said. “And then she ran him over. She didn’t try to run him over. She ran him over.”
She has her window down as a vehicle drives past her. Seconds after that car passes, ICE agents pull up in a truck and approach Good’s SUV quickly.
The above screenshot shows the murderer has pulled his gun to fire shots even though the driver is clearly turning to drive away from the murderer.
The right wing fascist video analysis doesn't show that the Murderer had stepped towards the car first but instead claims her turning to drive off was her "attempt to kill him." In the below image though his gun is already drawn as he is stepping around the side of her car to shoot inside her open window.
He draws his gun, aims and fires as the vehicle’s front tires turn to the right.
the above image is right after the murderer fired his second shot - clearly her tires are turned right and he is already stepped to the side.
Caitlin Callenson said she was walking down Portland Avenue with her partner when she saw who she assumed were Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. The witness who took the video, Caitlin Callenson, said she was on a walk when she saw an ICE vehicle stuck in the snow. As more ICE vehicles arrived, bystanders blew whistles in protest, and the driver of the SUV tried to block the ICE vehicles.
“They tried to zoom their car out of the snowbank but were just stuck,” she said.
Callenson said one person — the woman who was shot a short time later — drove her vehicle perpendicular to the lanes of traffic on Portland Avenue, south of the ICE vehicles. By that point, Callenson said, the vehicle stuck in snow had been freed.
“Some of them were leaving, and they just went around her, but ICE gave her orders to leave, while at the same time, another ICE person said, ‘Get out of the car,’ and he reached for her door handle. And then there was an ICE agent in front of her vehicle. So it was difficult for her to leave, as she'd been ordered to do,” Callenson said.
An eyewitness told MPR News that ICE agents gave conflicting orders to a driver in south Minneapolis on Wednesday, with one agent ordering her to drive away from the scene where an ICE vehicle was stuck in a snowbank while another yelled for her to get out of her car as he reached for the door handle.
the ICE officer who was in front of her vehicle shot once from the front and twice from the side, hitting her maybe three feet away at the max. Because she was shot, and she was already trying to leave, her foot was on the accelerator, and she crashed into a telephone pole.”
Callenson said she saw the ICE agent who fired the gunshots walk away to the north and get in an ICE vehicle.
Callenson and others took videos of the shooting that are now circulating widely online.
“You can see, like, what happened in that video was not self-defense,” she said.
— Jon Collins, MPR News
When: Police officers responded to reports of shots fired just after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, according to a timeline published by the city of Minneapolis.
"Minneapolis firefighters then removed the 37-year-old victim from the vehicle and immediately began lifesaving measures until paramedics could respond," the city's account states. "She was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center, where she later died."
The murderer is literally strutting back to his vehicle while a protester yells "shame, shame, shame" and "murderer."
Noem said he had gone to a hospital for treatment, but was then released "and is spending time with his family now."
Renee Nicole Good's ex-husband told The Associated Press that Good had just dropped off her 6-year-old son at school and was driving homewith her current partner when they encountered a group of ICE agents. On her Instagram account, Good described herself as a "poet and writer and wife and mom" and was from Colorado but "experiencing Minneapolis."....
Her ex-husband described her as a devoted Christian who took part in youth mission trips to Northern Ireland when she was younger. She loved to sing, participating in a chorus in high school and studying vocal performance in college.
She studied creative writing at Old Dominion University in Virginia and won a prize in 2020 for one of her works, according to a post on the school’s English department Facebook page. She also hosted a podcast with her second husband, who died in 2023.
Good had a daughter and her son from her first marriage, who are now ages 15 and 12. Her 6-year-old son was from her second marriage.
Her mother, Donna Ganger, told the Minnesota Star Tribune her daughter was not involved in protests against ICE agents and described her as "one of the kindest people I’ve ever known."
“She was extremely compassionate. She’s taken care of people all her life. She was loving, forgiving and affectionate. She was an amazing human being," Ganger added.
We can see the murderer-terrorist clearly standing in front of the vehicle - NOT being attacked and the vehicle is not "weaponized" - the lady is simply pulling out to leave....Noem is claiming the vehicle was used to harm someone - since it was blocking the street but there was still space for vehicles to go around as Renee Nicole Good had already waved vehicles around her.
We can see the murderer-terrorist has now STEPPED TO THE SIDE of the vehicle as the vehicle clearly turns away to move AWAY from the murderer-terrorist...All the murderer-terrorist had to do was step aside as she turns away to go forward.
Instead the murderer-terrorist is now better positioned directly in front of her, so the murderer-terrorist pulls out his gun to aim it directly at her head....
The murderer-terrorist simply takes ONE more step so his gun now is facing directly inside the car to directly murder the driver by shooting her in the skull....as she tries to drive away. Not once did she try to hit him, not once did she not try to drive away.
By the time she gets her car turned away from the murderer-terrorist - it is TOO LATE as he has already fired multiple shoots into her skull....
The final shot is literally as she is already driving off - thereby finishing her off as bleeding out dead...the vehicle does not alter its course after the final shot but rather keeps moving without any accelerating - meaning she has NO life force to push the pedal at all.
She was alive while the car travelled from the shooting to the crash. There’s arterial spray along the route.
The car simply continues forward with the initial acceleration from before the final shot as then the vehicle crashes into the car that is a direct path from after she is murdered.
So we can see that the time it took her to turn her front wheels to the right to leave was the time necessary for the murderer-terrorist to step to the side of the car so he could fire directly into her skull through the open window and not fire through the windshield as he already had been aiming. He kept his aim on her skull as he moved around her vehicle while it was stationary with the wheels turning to the right to leave - that was when she was most vulnerable and thus able to be murdered by the murderer-terrorist.
YT Brian Tyler Cohen corroborates what I just saw with my own eyes:
the person in the vehicle was attempting to turn the wheel so that they could flee the scene. And of course, the ICE agent uh used that as the opportunity to shoot and ultimately kill the person who was uh in the vehicle.
the shooter’s feet were at the side of the SUV for all three shots, and that her wheels were turned away from agent when he opened fire.
guys who defend police officer shootings for a living, think this case is unwinnable.
They wouldn’t try to defend his actions, they’d just try and lower the impact of the outcome.
Their main sticking points were:
-”I could argue shot number one and hope for an acquittal or a hung jury - but I can’t get there on shots 2 and 3”
-“A jury will not get past the turning of the wheels”
-”Denying medics throws self defense out the window”
https://www.nytimes.com/video/us/100000010631041/minneapolis-ice-shooting-video.html
But when we synchronize it with the first clip, we can see the agent is not being run over. In fact, his feet are positioned away from the SUV.
YT/X comments:
If she was trying to hit him she would have driven straight forward & not backed up & turned to the right. She was trying to avoid him.
Again, that truck had PLENTY of space to clear the protestor - how else did the truck in front of theirs get by without incident?!She waved them both by her, the second vehicle just wanted to fight. She was literally letting them go past to do whatever they wanted. They chose to instigate, escalate, and murder.
Another video in the aftermath shows a man claiming to be a doctor, requesting to offer assistance for Good, but was denied by ICE agents. The agents said they had their own EMT team.
Life-saving measures were attempted on Good at the scene, but she was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Betsy said neighbors wanted to provide aid to the woman but were told to back up by federal officers.
She said she did not see those agents try to help the injured woman.

The Trump regime wants to foment violence, cause a popular response, then use the Insurrection Act to declare Martial Law and shut down the midterm elections. This is why they have put 2,000 ICE agents in Minneapolis, like Nazi “Brown Shirts,” seeking to terrorize and incite violence. Stewartson described the regime’s likely game plan on X:
Let’s say you needed a Reichstag…
—Target Minneapolis where George Floyd was murdered.
—Have Elon Musk promote racist propaganda about Somalis to raise the temperature.
—Send Noem & thousands of paramilitary federal agents in to cause chaos.
—Wait for the inevitable violence.
—When protests break out, use it as an excuse to invoke the Insurrection Act and bring in the military.
—When protests spread across America, impose martial law.
—Cancel elections.
According to Stewartson, Trump’s psychological hold on his base is the result of a systematic brainwashing operation that uses trauma, dissociation, and what he calls “emotional mimesis:” His followers don’t cognitively process Trump’s words but, instead, mirror his emotional states in real-time, responding in mimetic synchrony, “like a flock of birds or a school of fish.” This capture operates through interlocking conditioning loops (doomscrolling on X or regularly watching Fox) that keep subjects in perpetual hypervigilance, neurologically imprisoned.
Stewartson describes epistemological totalitarianism as a condition “where the leader, the group, or the state not only has control of what the truth is, but controls the process of meaning-making itself.” In this regime, “contradictions are loyalty tests,” “doubts are disloyal,” and “truth is not discovered, it is dictated.”
