  same magnitude as 10 years of age-related decline (27) and about a quarter of the difference between healthy adults and those with ADHD, all estimated using gradCPT (28). The observed effect of the intervention on depression symptoms (dz = 0.56) was larger than the meta-analytic effect of antidepressants (29) and similar to that of cognitive behavioral therapy (30). While these comparisons are thought-provoking, it is important to note that the nature of our sample and of our intervention is quite different from those studied in clinical psychology contexts.
