but that's what and that's and I I totally understand the

apologetic notion of it but it's still at the end of the day it still bags the question why not just write it exactly

why write down this guy came back and I touched him I saw myself yeah so I think

he's I think another possible motive is and correct me if you think I'm wrong on this he may even be leading up to

something you're going to get at that he mentions in this video and that is um actually the women did tell just like

the longer ending implies later the women do tell the apostles or the disciples really in this case and so

they weren't left in the dark and told no one they actually do so it kind of agrees with the longer endings though

they come later you see how it's all post Hoc rationalization trying to make make all

make the data fit the way you want and it if none of it refutes my original point that he said was mostly false

which then he acknowledges was true somehow but none of it refutes my my original point that that text is just

not there in all of the manuscripts from we don't have any first century manuscrip but late second the first the

earliest second century, 3rD Century even fourth Century even the first church Bibles right Codex Sinaiticus, (also called) the Sinai

Bible, codex vaticanus codex alexandrus all three of those

Church Bibles do not have wait no I think Alexandri is the fifth century the first one that does okay but the major

Church Bibles from the 4th Century do not have that ending right so you're

saying that all these people knew this ending this this later ending but they don't put it in the first church Bible

That's stamped approved by the Catholic Orthodox Church itself makes no sense makes no sense and it goes this is the

same guy I watched him recently talk about the names that are attributed to the gospels which it would no skin off

The resurrection narrative in Mark 16:9–20 is not included in the Codex Sinaiticus, one of the earliest complete manuscripts of the Bible:
• The resurrection story is included in Codex Sinaiticus in the Gospels of Matthew 28:1-20, Luke 24:36-40, and John 20:19-20.
• Mark 16:9–20 is absent from the earliest manuscripts

  Codex Sinaiticus and Codex Vaticanus, both 4th-century manuscripts, do not include the last twelve verses of Mark.
• Some say the verses are not original to Mark

  Some say that Mark 16:9–20 is probably not from Mark, but may be apostolic. Others say that the verses are early, present in 99 percent of manuscripts, and have traditionally been considered canonical.

   

   Tischendorf was not troubled by the omission of the resurrection in Mark because he believed that Matthew was written first and that Mark's gospel was an abridged version of Matthew's gospel.
