If you read math professor Ian Stewart's book, "Why Beauty is Truth: A history of symmetry" it goes into the Poisson Bracket as necessary to restore the noncommutative time-frequency energy back into symmetric mathematics. Dirac was the first to introduce this into quantum physics - from using E.T. Whitaker.
So - this is the noncommutative phase that "appears" random - as I detailed before. So del Giudice is admitting here that the standard "pumping" Laser model does NOT work to explain the noncommutative phase resonance. I was just thinking about this a couple days ago as I read Brian Josephson's quote about music and quantum mechanics - he was still relying on standard Laser Physics and I realized there was a problem with this. I just didn't know what - but now I do!
Wow - quite the complicated dynamic....
So Emilio del Giudice's work is essentially replicated the claims of Andrija Puharich.
And let's not forget Olivier Costa de Beauregard
