S1 in all participants declined and became undetectable by day 14." google that. The spike protein starts to breakdown immediately just as Dr. MoBeen has explained. Yes the immune system is activated. Any spike proteins remained are destroyed by the T Cells destroying the original cell that contained the spike protein. So no the spike protein does not fuse with other cells. thanks
@Voidisyinyang Voidisyinyang  Thanks. 14 days seems long enough to activate the immune system and cause adverse effects in some - especially if the spike is in circulation. Does the spike need to fuse to ACE2 to be cytotoxic? Or because it is biologically active it can trigger cell signaling leading to adverse events and thus is a toxin by itself. Is the spike a pathogenic superantigen? Like Dr. Mobeen says the function of a vaccine is to activate the immune system and create antibodies to the antigen. However in this case there are cases of molecular mimicry where antibodies are attacking other tissue and other serious adverse side effects in some. You say, "So no the spike protein does not fuse with other cells". But in a reply to Becca Dr. Mobeen says, "S1 can fuse with the ACE2. And, possibly trigger the second messenger system. Which could interfere with a cell's function". However he also mentions that this is not an issue for reasons he gave, but could it be an issue for some? Google: "However, recent observations suggest that the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein can by itself trigger cell signaling that can lead to various biological processes." "Thus, it is important to consider the possibility that the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein produced by the new COVID-19 vaccines triggers cell signaling events that promote PAH, other cardiovascular complications, and/or complications in other tissues/organs in certain individuals". "We show that SARS-CoV-2 spike contains sequence and structure motifs highly similar to those of a bacterial superantigen and may directly bind T cell receptors."
Chr D, You are one smart cookie. I totally agree

Super awesome questions!! I am on the search for these answers ... still. Have you found any new data, studies on the spike protein?? Also interesting would be any information on these mutated spike proteins shedding from vaxxed people to unvaxxed (children, young women) and how they can cause health problems. I am not talking about the virus, just these spike proteins from the vax. Do you have any further info? Would be much obliged
"Suzuki et al. (2021) went on to demonstrate experimentally that the S1 component of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, at a low concentration of 130 pM, activated the MEK/ERK/MAPK signaling pathway to promote cell growth. They speculated that these effects would not be restricted to the lung vasculature. "
ok so what is the dose of the mRNA vaccine?
"The level of pseudovirus-neutralizing activity induced by 1 μg mRNA-1273 in mice is similar in magnitude to that induced by 100 μg mRNA-1273 in humans33, which is the dose selected for mRNA-1273 to advance into phase III clinical trials."
So now convert 100 μg to parts per million? Typical human weighs 60 kg or 6000 grams and 1 part per million (ppm) for a 100g sample is 100 µg. So 100/6000=.016 μg dose. That is what? So the mRNA vaccine S1 is 10 thousand times less than the dose you are concerned about.... nice try though.
