Free Will is thus the CHOICE to convert paranormal negentropy into knowledge. This is very similar to Sir Roger Penrose's claim that it is the "collapse" itself that IS consciousness while proto-consciousness is the negentropy as the paranormal.

My claim is that the supposed "symmetry" of relativity is a left-brain illusion with the ecological crisis as the externalized cost....

So Costa de Beauregard is stating that the fact of paranormal negentropy as psychokinesis should not MISLEAD people because it is ONLY through the LAW of symmetry that the "driver had to open and shut taps" (this is the hydrodynamics analogy).

Again this is assuming that science is the means by which to gain the knowledge of the paranormal - after the fact - in contrast to actual training in the paranormal....

So here Costa de Beauregard is referring to the Delayed Choice Quantum Eraser experiment and similar experiments whereby the Heisenberg time-frequency uncertainty "microscope experiment" is based on momentum as frequency with the time lengthened to infinity. So this would be also the case for the "weak measurement" experiements....

Of course since he's relying on de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony then it's really a 4-frequency wave with negative and positive frequency that are noncommutative to time.

The Hempel Effect

Visually, the frequency and amplitude changes but the EAR hears no difference - both phases are the Perfect Fifth just inverted as undivided yin-yang (the Taiji). I was discussing noncommutative phase with Nobel physicist Brian Josephson - and he said that I didn't understand how octaves were a geometric logarithm - so that C to G is 3/2 yet G to C is 3/4 as the harmonic series. So I tried to point out to him that since the 2 and 4 are the SAME C as "pitch" - then in the same octave, when doubled back, you can not HAVE the same G as Both the Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth. Why? Because 3/4 is the reverse direction in time - so that now the "3" is the denominator as a new root tonic. And so the harmonic series assumes this is a logarithmic equation as a ratio that can be inverted - but you can not evenly divide the octave and the Perfect Fifth since 2 does not go into 3 evenly. So this means that 3/4 is actually C to F while C to G is 3/2 and the C to F was derived from doubling 2/3. So this is called the "phantom tonic" in music theory and reveals the noncommutative phase origin of the music harmonics - as Alain Connes recognizes. Let us draw up a fundamental vibration with its first and second harmonic overtones [1:2 and 2:3]….if we then shift the phase relationship, we get a totally different course of the combined curve; that is, of the pressure course [amplitude and frequency] which is apparently effective in the final analysis. Professor Richard McKirahan: "So instead of taking 12:9, which is 3/4 of 12, we take 8:6, which is 3/4 of 8.
