"Fasting....Your genetic material will stay young"In 2.5 million years there's been 100,000 generations... since the Industrial Revolution there's only be 10 generations!! So all the modern industrial food goes against our genetics (the Industrial Revolution enabled highly processed grains)....
You have no chance of survival, because your genetic material hasn't had a chance - it's only been 10 generations. So you drastically change the way you live, you drastically change your diet and you expect 10 generations to drastically change your genetic material....
If you are phosphate deficient, because you're nutritionally already eating the standard American Diet, then you don't have enough phosphate in your body. And your bones are the biggest storage of phosphate.
Stem cells need building blocks and one of the building blocks is phosphate - to replace the cells that have died. ... You get tremendous muscle weakness and muscle aching and that's from phosphate deficiency. When that happens you need to get some bone broth....
