Doom is a little like breathing. Sure you can stop it any time but do you really want to? Doom is a non-negotiable social construct mandated by our capacity for honesty and integrity.
yes do Wim Hof tummo breathing to get beyond Doom. It's also called Quick Fire breathing. So there is a Cosmic Mother energy that BREATHES the fire into existence. The fire has to go into the Earth to regenerate the soil to store the carbon - and so the water "boils" as dew that then condenses back into the green plants. This happens in our body also.
If we breath very fast as Quick breathing then we exhale carbon dioxide FASTER than our body produces it. So do that 30 times as fast deep breaths. THEN hold the breath AFTER exhale. By breathing fast also try to feel your kidneys on the inhale (below the navel) and that will double your adrenaline levels.
The holding the breath AFTER exhale then is extended because the lack of carbon dioxide in the body then stops the "breath reflex" from being triggered. By holding the breath AFTER exhale then the vagus nerve is activated as a deep relaxation. This forces oxygen deep into the cells of the brain because our body first tries to save the brain due to lack of oxygen. The Bohr Effect means that as the breath is held AFTER exhale then
"carbon dioxide reacts with water to form carbonic acid, an increase in CO2 results in a decrease in blood pH,[2] resulting in hemoglobin proteins releasing their load of oxygen."
So this causes the oxygen to go directly to the mitochondria in the cells to power the cells directly.
"If there's one thing that mitochondria thrive on, its oxygen."
Then so with each "cycle" there is an increased proton gradient exchange energy of the mitochondria via the microtubules. The tubulin in the microtubules are powered by quantum nonlocal energy directly via "delocalized electrons" aka
