Fortune Telling Vagrancy Law is Repealed in Minnesota! Feudal Wandering and Strolling in Idleness is Illegal still? Void-for-Vagueness Doctrine

Wow I had no idea that "vagrancy" included Fortune Telling!!

(4) A person who derives support in whole or in part from 
begging or as a fortune teller or similar impostor.

 Or maybe it is not repealed?

So I helped get Cam Gordon elected - I did door to door volunteer "get out the vote" work.

So that was 2015 that "Lurking" as a crime "waiting for mischief" - got repealed for Minneapolis. 

Sure enough it IS repealed!

 Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 609.725, is repealed.
[EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective August 1, 2005,

and applies to crimes committed on or after that date.
