what if you just want a "primary address" and not a "permanent address"? For example an RV campsite can be the "primary address" as Governor Walz recently pointed out (in collaboration with other governors about the pandemic). So for example if I own land and I can do seven month seasonal camping then that is a "primary address" (IRS says more than six months) that qualifies for a driver's license address. I can just pull a garage permit to get the street address. But it's NOT a "permanent address" since it lacks a "dwelling unit" as per state revenue classification (Unimproved nonhomestead residential). But I prefer to camp out than live in a "dwelling unit." I guess I align myself with the peoples who lived here for a long time before "first contact" with the white invader-colonists. thanks
WOW - instead of ANSWERING me they REMOVED my comment! hilarious. These people get corporate grants to "help" the homeless yet they won't answer a SINCERE question? As people call this - very "Minnesota Nice" indeed! haha.
