So I confirmed - the tent I got is NOT the same as advertised - it lacks the kind of adjustable straps, etc.

Mr. Rockie in Shenzhen China of Pomoly Tents said he has told the production factory to fix this problem and he is sending me another tent that has the Triangle wind rope fixing point and adjusting straps. Very nice!  I told him I will use this first tent for my outhouse in the winter. haha. I was being serious!

@Lonewolf 902 the tent I just got yesterday - it lacks the same kind of straps on the bottom. So there are no "middle" section straps - as advertised -

Triangle wind rope fixing point

as shown on their site - https://us03-imgcdn.ymcart.com/48281/2020/07/05/7/2/72cbe54cc27263fc.jpg - it looks like you have those with stakes down, as the bag of stakes is supposed to be for those middle points. Nope - not on this tent. haha. Also the corners - the six bigger stakes - the strap is just a cheaper stretch strap [Shock Cords]. Not the thick strap like you have [the webbing and the adjusters]. So they skimped on the design.

So I sent their "support" this email Hi Mr. Rockie: Just so you know - the tent is lacking the 6 additional tent pegs fixed points to make the tipi tent resistant to stronger wind and rain - as per https://us03-imgcdn.ymcart.com/48281/2020/07/05/7/2/72cbe54cc27263fc.jpg - there's no straps for those middle points. thanks, https://www.pomoly.com/HEX-Solo-Canvas-Hot-Tent-with-Wood-Stove-Jack-1-2-Person-p1153955.html to POMOLY Also it lacks the Adjustable tent pegs fixed point - as advertised. So you better change your website. thanks, It's just a cheaper stretch strap.

Nice Caveat they put on their website!

We are constantly improving our tipis, so the hot tents you receive are the latest version.

 No... not an improvement.

OK so the GERMAN original version of the tent also does not have the center

And the tent I just ordered also has the cheaper "stretchy" straps - not the straps on the version as advertised.
