Mini-Mushrooms in a bag - the "left overs" - the real tiny ones

I sent out just the bigger shrooms - but I wrapped them in bubble wrap since the post office didn't have any extra paper for filling the box as cushion. The shrooms are supposed to have air circulating.

These are being saved for a special round beef meal.

A round steak is a beef steak from the "round", the rear leg of the cow.

The shrooms I mailed out are being planned also for a beef meal.

This means lots of Umami flavor to increase oxytocin as love energy.

Since I dried the shrooms for over four hours - they should be fine in the paper bag even though they're wrapped in bubble wrap.

Early on when I dried a harvest - I didn't dry it as much and I had them sealed in a jar, air tight - and after a couple weeks then they got white on them. Turns out the white was the mycelium spreading from the caps.

I ate them and there was no bad taste. People eat the mycelium as an expensive healing treatment.
