Since the light moves through them both at the speed of light, the wavelength changes are unimportant; when they meet again, they’re at the same location in spacetime, and so their wavelengths will now be identical. What matters is that one beam of light spends longer in the detector, and so when they meet up again, they’re now out-of-phase. That’s where the LIGO signal comes from, and how we detect gravitational waves!https://medium.com/starts-with-a-bang/ask-ethan-if-light-contracts-and-expands-with-space-how-do-we-detect-gravitational-waves-5c29019f7e2c
So Ivette Fuentes, et. al. have devised a phonon means of measuring this same phase shift of gravity. pdf
So the phonon produced by gravity is the PHASE shift of the gravity wave.
the real dynamics of spacetime can generate phonons.Gravity in the Quantum Lab - the latest from Ivette Fuentes, et. al.

Dr. Ruth E. Kastner points out that the "Block World" of general relativity does not include the present moment and so it's not the actual "territory" or reality
The spacetime map is not the territory...It's important to remember that we can't indicate the present moment on this map. That's in fact, I argue, that the map doesn't really capture crucial aspects of reality.Back to Fuentes, et. al.:
So what is the "present moment" - time-frequency uncertainty is from noncommutative phase of spacetime! Perhaps then 2 cm is the "present moment" of spacetime?
How big is the pineal gland? It has an area of about 4 cm, so a side with height of about 2 cm (3 mm x 7 mm).
I had previously posted an interview with Ivette Fuentes - and I quoted her - about how this is an unutilized source of power - the curvature of spacetime at just 2 centimeters!
So I have just confirmed that the "resource" being CREATED is the PHONON energy of spacetime at a 3 centimeters - the size of the pineal gland! Amazing.
