ICE, using fake warrants, is tracking people 24/7 with mandated VeriWatches (smart watches)

starts at 6 minutes 30 seconds.... you are tracked 24/7 with this Veriwatch on....
AI SAYS yes you can ask for the warrant to be slipped under the door or held up to the window so you can inspect it:

ICE agents can enter homes without a judicial warrant if the occupants give consent
, but they generally need a judicial warrant signed by a judge to enter private areas without permission, and often use administrative warrants (signed by an officer, not a judge) which don't grant entry rights.
The confusion arises because people mistake administrative warrants (ICE forms for arrest/detention) for judicial warrants (court orders for search/entry). Fourth Amendment protections apply to everyone, so ICE can't legally break in without a judge's order or consent, even if they use ruses or have administrative warrants:
The example on the left is an Administrative warrant, which ICE often has instead of a Judicial warrant. The only thing an Administrative warrant gives agents is the ability to arrest non-citizens suspected of committing multiple immigration violations. If that doesn't apply to you, neither does this warrant.
How to recognize an Administrative warrant:
a. It is signed by an immigration officer, not a judge or magistrate.
b. You can read at the top that it is issued by ICE.
c. Most of the time, it is in the visual format you see here, with three signature lines on the lower right hand side.
Do not sign anything you do not understand or consent to!

The example on the right is a Judicial warrant. Notice that you can read at the top that it comes from a Federal Court, it has a case number, and it is signed by a judge or magistrate.
If they have a Judicial warrant, you do need to comply with what the warrant order is for - but not anything else. Ask for a copy of the warrant so that you can read it carefully and know exactly what you are mandated to do. Be careful to note that if he warrant is more than 14 days old, does not specify the location/ person/ item at hand, or is not properly signed, the warrant does not apply to you and you are not obligated to comply with its order.
