with both feet attached and the board at a steeper angle then you can train to do the splits! Your leg muscles pull your body up - then you stretch your legs to the side as much as possible. Then your body weight is pushing your legs APART as your body wants to go back down. Obviously this doesn't happen since you can't do the splits but slowly your body weight straights your hamstrings apart. OK it's probably dangerous - so don't consider the above to be recommended advice! thanks
