I'm Asked about what type of music tuning is noncommutative music as meditation

Thanks for the followup question. Connes believes that visual written down music is "superior" because with orchestration you get multiple spacetimes (different clefs) all being transposed in real time - have you ever done orchestration training at the piano where you have to transpose all the different instruments? I did that in high school with my private former University music professor teacher! It is very brain challenging. hahaha.
But in the case of the Orthodox Pythagorean music - as in the book I mentioned "The World Is Sound" - I quote in my master's thesis how their concept is that a drone and single note melody is relying on this idea of an infinite resonance of sound. So in the book "Science and Music" by Sir James Jeans he explains that the truth - the empirical truth of music tuning as Pythagorean tuning is the "infinite spiral of fifths" where he writes "all simplicity disappears."
So if you read math professor Micho Durdevich - he explains that Alain Connes noncommutative music theory is actually the same as the Orthodox Pythagorean tuning.
In a way both Connes and Durdevich are correct. In other words the equal-tempered irrational magnitude tuning is a subset of the "zero dimensional" geometry of Connes nonlocal noncommutative music truth of reality.
This is achieved through meditation because Westerners approach music as an external music tuning process that thus requires a physical definition of sound based on a physical resonance of an external medium - a string or tube, etc. But through listening we get the natural overtones and undertones that are not only noncommutative but they are superluminal in speed.
Sir Roger Penrose even refers to pianists being precognitive - just as high level athletes go into the "zone" - but as meditation this process is focused on as the secret core. So at first you have a mantra that is external. this becomes a Japa that is internal. Then the mind is concentrated and stilled - and light is then seen internally and even externally. This process of listening to the source of the light is resonating the "gravitational mass" of the biophotons - and thus is resonating a "negative frequency" and time-reversed superluminal signal that is negentropic and antigravity and precognitive. This is what Louis de Broglie called the "Law of Phase Harmony."
So in terms of actually making music you can refer to the Mongolian throat singing or the Tibetan chanting or the thousands of nonwestern natural tuning of global folk music. the basics of Western music tuning is recognized universally - so the minor mode is sad and major mode is happy and diminished mode is scary. But in terms of traditional Chinese medicine (and Ayurveda in India) - the emotions are actual electrochemical vibrations of the body's organs. So anger is the liver, sadness is the lungs, joy and happiness is the heart.
For example when I memorized Bach's Italian Concerto in F Major it was the slow middle movement that really caused my heart energy to start opening up the third eye - I had no idea this was happening. The middle slow movement is 60 bpm or 1 beat per heart beat at normal resting pulse. So this synchronizes the brain listening - with the heart where the biophotons originate from. This process of deep listening as memorization with the eyes closed then resonates the source of those biophotons.
thanks,
drew

Glad to hear you are working with an acupuncturist. Qigong is sometimes called "Needless acupuncture." So Western science assumes there is no way to define or measure "qi" but from my research I have realized that qi originates as noncommutativity.
The Tomatis Method is something I did happen upon as an early influence on my research - I think I cite it in my master's thesis in 2000. So if you read my 2012 book I cite tinnitus research proving that the highest sound a person can hear externally actually resonates as ultrasound internally in the brain. The quantum biology research of Anirban Bandyopadhyay confirmed the claim of Stuart Hameroff and Roger Penrose that the microtubules are quantum coherent through ultrasound. What this means is that there's a 3000 times amplification of electrical conductance of the microtubules by the tubulin in the neurons having a "negative refractive index" that is a superluminal acoustic phonon.

So the archive link you sent on microtonal tuning - again the key point for me is music as meditation. So the mantra concept is explained by quantum physics professor - I have his book chapter in my room - so he's name will get conjured up in my brain soon - anyway he worked with the Transcendental meditation folks - and basically the mantra ties down the left side of the brain - the thinking side. By "tying down the monkey mind" with a mantra then this opens up a space for the 1/2 spin aka the noncommutative nonlocality resonance as "quantum potential" to occur. That is the secret of the mantra meditation in the T.M. (cult) or movement. I quote his research in my books.

So at first the mantra is an external "repetition" but this enables this "infinite spiral of fifths" to resonate via the right brain. The left brain, as research has proven, is not just thinking dominant but also timing dominant while the right brain is frequency. This is why someone who gets a stroke and they can not talk but they can retrain their speaking brain by singing the words. There is a great book called "The Haunted Melody" by Theodore Reik - a psychologist who was part of the Vienna school - Freud, Brahms, logical positivists, etc. The idea is that when someone starts singing a melody this is literally a bridge to their unconscious emotional association. Then the words to that melody will reveal their unconscious emotions that previously were repressed.

Larry Domash is the name of the quantum physicist explaining how the secret of the mantra is 1/2 spin of the right brain. So the right brain vagus nerve connects to the left side of the brain but the left side vagus nerve does NOT connect to the right side of the brain. Linguists have a term called "musilanguage" that argues language originated first from music. What I am claiming is that music then enables access to a spiritual holographic healing information - what the Chinese call "qi" but in India it is called "shakti."

When the qi is in the body then it is separated as "yin qi" (in the blood) and "yang qi" (the cerebrospinal fluid and hormones). So "yin qi" is considered to be magnetic from the iron in the blood but also because "yin qi" can leave the body - it is without substance. In Neidan or alchemy meditation though there is "yuan qi" or original qi that is nondual - meaning it is both inside and outside the body at the same time.

So in quantum nonlocality we also have nondualism - this means there is a level of time-frequency that is beyond the inherent linear operator of Fourier "time-frequency uncertainty." It is proven, as I cite, that human hearing, especially by musicians, is up to ten times faster than Fourier Uncertainty or "time-frequency uncertainty." Since Western science normally defines time as a spatial symmetric measurement then it obviously takes a longer unit of time to get a more precise tuning of frequency. But in human hearing we can "tune" faster than this linear conversion of time to frequency and vice versa. Why? Because of quantum coherence being nonlinear but also nonlocal as a superluminal signal.

As quantum physics professor Basil J. Hiley explains - the signal is "active information" from the future. Normally a signal is defined in Western science as an external physical transfer of energy. But in quantum physics information as energy can be defined as just "not being random." To not be random does not mean not being "determinate." In otherwords you can have quantum indeterminacy but it is not random and therefore it is still "active information." Normally science would call this a quantum correlation that is superluminal.  I posted a recent talk that explains this different definition of information.

So what noncommutativity means is that the information is discrete by it's more dense than the commutative continuum of spacetime! This is explained in detail by Fields Medal math professor Alain Connes who started out training in piano music as his grandmother was a piano teacher. So Connes explains that our brains actually are relying on this noncommutative nonlocal information that is negentropy - it exists before any kind of linear time of the spacetime continuum. So the nonlinear nonlocal time-frequency is what Roger Penrose calls "protoconsciousness" from Bernard 'd Espagnat - meaning it is "spooky action at a distance" that Einstein rejected as being telepathy. So Physics professor Basil J. Hiley told me that he does not believe in a symmetric rest frame for relativity as the foundation of reality.

This means that Dirac and Richard Feynman made an error when they tried to create a relativistic quantum physics that is now known as quantum field theory. Basil J. Hiley explains this error in detail and also explains how the Bohmian quantum potential is an actual new force that has been discovered - a new force of reality that is an "active information" from the future. So essentially as nonlocality you have a holographic embedding or "enfolded" overlapping of the future and past and through meditation we can access this since we are not making any kind of external measurements.

Of course Einstein was against telepathy and precognition since it goes against the "primitive causality" of the future not changing the past but Kurt Godel explained that if a person has no personal desires then it is very possible for the future to change the past. Nobel Physicist Brian Josephson also now emphasizes that biology is more fundamental than physics. Roger Penrose now explains that gravitational entropy is the opposite of the entropy of matter and so all of our high technology attempt to reduce the entropy of matter is actually increasing gravitational entropy on Earth. As Penrose explains gravitational potential energy originates from quantum negentropy since mass originates from quantum frequency that is nonlocal and negentropic. This is why algae is the most advanced technology on Earth since photosynthesis originates from this nonlocal transfer of energy that also is the quantum entanglement causing solar fusion.

So meditation also accesses this quantum nonlocal force that is antigravitational as gravitational potential energy originating from the quantum potential noncommutative nonlocality as the truth of reality - what in Chinese culture is called the "Absolute Void" that eternally radiates light that also creates new matter. This is called the "Golden Key" of "superluminal yin matter" by qigong master Zhang, Hongbao (who apparently was assassinated by the Communist spies in the U.S.).

Anyway obviously I'm not against playing music or listening to music - but Western music gets stuck in the "Jock rock" dopamine phenomenon - what is known as the chills or tingles as Frisson. We tend to think that is the highest moment in music - when we get the chills or tingles. That is our vagus nerve being activated but there is a deeper level that I described from the slow middle movement of Bach. In other words in physiology the dopamine switches to serotonin from a deeper right side vagus nerve bliss. This is explained in my training manual. So the right side vagus nerve connects from the reproductive organ to the right side of the heart.

This is why in our original human culture the females were considered the original spiritual healers but the females sang all night long while clapping. The males in turn, dance all night long - and thereby transduce the "yin qi" of the female energy - transmitted by the female voice - and this "yin qi" is transformed via meditation. The Tshoma training by the males - this goes back over 200,000 years!! - then relies on visualizing fire at the base of the spine. This fire turns the water internally (the yang qi) into N/om or an electrical force that is transmitted out of the eyes during !Kia - a trance laser energy known as Shakti or Yuan Qi. So the biophotons are inherently coherent in our body as a laser energy.

With the eyes open we have biophotons going out of our eyes - we are just not aware of this since we do not meditate. Each cell emits 100,000 biophotons  - not sure the rate - but 2/3rds of our brain's power (25 watts) is used for vision. So by turning the light around in meditation we have a 17 watt laser used for healing. Why does it heal? The Law of Phase Harmony from Louis de Broglie explains that there is this negative frequency and time reversed superluminal signal that is always already harmonizing reality. Why? De Broglie realized since energy is from quantum frequency but time slows down for relativity - this creates a logical paradox that goes back to Pythagoras.

So in basic music theory we know that time is inverse to frequency but as frequency goes up for quantum energy then time also gets bigger or slows down for relativity. For both relativity and quantum physics to exist as science has proven then logically we are forced to conclude that there has to be a "second time" from the future going in the opposite "direction" as a phase harmony. This means that light has a "gravitational mass" with no symmetric center of spatial measurement - as explained in the Gerard 't Hooft article with Martin van der Mark - "Light Is Heavy."

So the noncommutativity in terms of visual measurement means a 720 degree spin for an external measurement or an inherent "flip" or twist" to reality that inherently can NOT be seen: but it can be listened it!! hahaha. We evolved from the equatorial forest where sound perception was dominant over visual perception. So we figured out this secret of perception over 200,000 years ago thereby accessing this inherent healing energy of the Universe. The "yin qi" is then experienced as the frisson or internal tingling - and it also creates  heat internally. This is then the "foundation" of meditation - since we lose the "yin qi" out of the eyes via the shen or spirit. When we turn the light around then alchemically we create a "yang shen" or immortal body made of "gravitational mass" of light that is golden light. Why gold? In relativistic quantum physics it is explained that the color of gold relies on the blue light absorbing virtual photons or negative frequency photons as per the de Broglie Law of Phase Harmony.

I read Sir James Jeans "Science and Music" book but I focused on his explanation of the Pythagorean infinite spiral of fifths. So yes I listen to all types of music. I went through a phase of listening to just world music though. I recommend getting a set of world music that has samples from all over the world of tribal music. The book "Sounding the Depths" by Victor Grauer, Ph.d. musicologist - he explains how the Pythagorean/Chinese tuning was based on our original human culture music, the San Bushmen and "pygmies" (DNA evidence now shows they split 225,000 years ago). They have remarkably the same music healing culture - this is examined in detail on the "radical anthropology" vimeo lecture site. https://vimeo.com/user33365184
You can also read Brad Keeney's books on "shaking medicine" since he is the only outsider accepted as an "Owner of N/om" - from the music healing. https://sacredecstatics.com/bradford-keeney/
So the Victor Grauer book goes through music from around the world, showing it is still based on our original human music from 200,000 plus years ago!

He used to have them on his blog but he removed his blog.
So Helmholtz and Fourier - this type of sine wave analysis is an external physics approach. But in biology as listening we do not need to rely on an external measurement whereby time is a linear operator. So when we do deep music training as memorization then we realize the music is listening to us and not the other way around.
In terms of the mantra and japa - this is actually based on logical inference. Any thought in our head assumes an "I" that is listening to that thought so logically we can infer what is the source of that I-thought? In deep dreamless sleep we have no perception of spacetime or anything else so when we wake up do we "turn on" like a machine? No we still exist as a biological life while in deep dreamless sleep and so logically who we are is not defined by our external perceptions of spacetime.
So then we can infer that there must exist some level of reality that is before any perceptions of spacetime. Gurdjieff called this "objective music" but his philosophy was misunderstood in the West. I have a couple articles on Gurdjieff in terms of Taoist alchemy and music theory but that was before I had crystallized the "noncommutative" concept as it is found in science.
So with quantum physics Planck was inspired by equal-tempered music tuning to create his "average energy of light" as the photon particle from a geometric magnitude density in joules. The problem, as Juliana Mortenson-Brooks points out - and a few others - is Planck converted energy to frequency by canceling out time, assuming the time is a symmetric geometric equivalence. But if time is in the "denominator" as a unit then it is noncommutative as a fraction. In music theory this is explained simply as 2/3 as the Perfect Fifth. So 2 is an octave as the same pitch as "C" but 3 is both G and F at the same time since the overtone and undertone as both the Perfect Fifth.
I call this the Hempel Effect but it is explained in Droscher's book "Magic of the Senses" - it was the great debate between Helmholtz and Koenig - I did a blog post on this.
https://elixirfield.blogspot.com/2022/01/the-great-lost-debate-between-koenig.html
So if we look at the phase shift of the overtones and undertones we find a change in the amplitude based on the resonance of the Perfect Fifth. As an undertone that is doubled then the Perfect Fifth changes into the Perfect Fourth but this changes the amplitude and thus should change the sound that is heard. But as Droscher points out - and in the great debate of Helmholtz and Koenig - no difference is heard because they are both the Perfect Fifth - one as an undertone and one as the overtone!
What has really changed is that the "root tonic" or fundamental tone does not exist as a static materialistic vibrating matter - a string or tube, etc. So this is demonstrated in nonwestern music in Indian drone tuning. A Perfect Fourth never exists as the natural overtone so that if a Perfect Fourth is played against the fundamental tone then the Perfect Fourth is actually a new fundamental tone based on the Perfect Fifth as the "octave" that is the undertone to the fundamental tone.
So this is how humans can hear up to ten times faster than Fourier or time-frequency uncertainty - because the listening process resonates with nonlocality as a superluminal signal via the quantum biology process I indicated. In other words the highest pitch we can hear externally actually goes into ultrasound because the phase difference between the right and left ear is proven to be at the microsecond wavelength and so the frequency is ultrasound as the phase difference hearing ability between the right and left ear.
So when you ask about the difference between internal hearing and external hearing in Daoism this is explained as hearing with your eyes or seeing with your ears. Why? Again we can listen faster than the speed of light as an "instantaneous" nonlocality. This is proven to exist in science as nonlocality through Bell's Inequality that disproved Einstein's relativity as the foundation of reality.
So I have more quotes and details on this - you just need to study my free books and articles more. hahaha. I'm just summarizing the overall issues. But in terms of nonlocality - if you investigate the truth of music as the source of listening itself based on natural number overtones and undertones then eventually you experience that "who" you are is neither inside nor outside - it is a reality no longer defined by a spatial dimension.
Strangely in physics time is considered an external spatial parameter but Lee Smolin - who took his first quantum physics class from the same professor I had - Herbert J. Bernstein - Smolin argues that time needs to be accepted on its own. This is called "fundamental time" and it is also what Roger Penrose argues - and so he uses that same phrase "fundamental time" but Penrose also argues time is inherently "asymmetric." So you get into these paradoxes of what time actually is but my claim is that meditation can resolve these paradoxes through the logical inference of listening. Ramana Maharshi called this "Mouna Samadhi" or silence samadhi as the "Undifferentiated Triad" of the three gunas of no guna. So in my research I verified that indeed the three gunas were defined by the same music theory as found in Daoism - the infinite spiral of fifths that is also the Pythagorean orthodox philosophy and also the secret of the Logos as found in Western philosophy.
thanks for sharing Graham. In terms of drugs and the kidney, the most common one is caffeine in terms of causing fear but also salt as far as kidney stones. I mentioned experiencing heat in my kidneys in my latest article that I submitted to a parapsychology journal - hopefully it will be published in a week or so (and it would be my first "academic" publication after some 20 years of post-graduate research). hahaha. I can't send you an attachment on this medium so I'll guess we'll just have to wait. Qigong master Robert Peng says he can not drink coffee though and qigong master Chunyi Lin has mentioned the problem of too much caffeine and he says that I "think too much."
In terms of tinnitus - the kidney is related as it is tied to the vagus nerve. So the right side vagus nerve goes to the testes and the sympathetic nervous system activates the prostate. For example when we fast then we can go deeper into the right side vagus nerve activation and we hear subconscious messages through the increase in white noise. For example in the shower there is more acoustic resonance and so more white noise and if a person is fasting then they're likely to began hearing messages from their subconscious. hahaha.
So the problem with caffeine is while it increases dopamine via the vagus nerve it also increases cortisol as the sympathetic nervous system reaction and this causes the fear reaction with the jitters, etc. The adenosine neurotransmitter being activated by caffeine then prevents the sleep.
Unfortunately modern civilization is based on caffeine and mainly coffee. But if we are able to fast and meditate then we can experience great heat in the pit of the stomach due to this vagus nerve activation that goes beyond dopamine - into serotonin and oxytocin. The Wim Hof breathing method that is now famous on youtube relies on this secret as the foundation of qigong and also Tummo yoga meditation in the Himalayas. So it was studied by Harvard doctor Herbert Benson - he calls it the "relaxation response" - again meaning this deep right side vagus nerve activation. The qi is stored in the body via this right side vagus nerve activation.
But the qi is controlled via the shen or spirit as biophotons.
Thank you for your offer for a donation but I just shut down my paypal as the parapsychology association had an automatic renewal payment set up via paypal. I asked them to cancel it and just allow me to pay once for a year membership. I got no response even though I emailed four different emails and I called two different phone numbers. So after a few days I just called up VISA to do a reverse charge and I also deleted my paypal account and then I called up paypal to make sure the account was closed. Strangely paypal does not send any email confirming the account is closed and if you call paypal the worker has the same experience that I had - simply that there is no access and therefore I have no account. Otherwise no confirmation of the account having been closed. hahaha.
Anyway I am not a proficient healer - I just do psychic healing. That's not the same as spiritual healing. Spiritual healing is Shakti or called Yuan Qi in Daoism. It is based on this laser intensity with a strong magnetic force - the qigong masters can see inside peoples' bodies. So the emptiness relies on purification via deep meditation and therefore it's actually easier to do long distance healing as the Emptiness is doing the healing itself and not the individual meditating. This is a bizarre thing to grasp - essentially - and is a paradox in terms of paying someone to do healing. Qigong master Chunyi Lin did have the Mayo Clinic doctor Ann Vincent do a study of his "external qi" healing with no touching - and she published the results writing that they were "especially impressive" considering the people being healed had no success from Western pain meditation for five years (chronic pain).
But those were just "sample healings" and so for the experiment then no healing was done for eight weeks and the pain had returned.
