I was asked to write my response to this paper. thanks!
the author states, "it falls in the category of the nonlocal hidden variables (i.e., unknown causes or processes)." - this is the popular misunderstanding of de Broglie-Bohmian quantum physics. Professor Basil J. Hiley has debunked this misunderstanding.
The author proposes a "triune" of hyperspace, hypertime and consciousness - only this leaves out our ecological crisis as a byproduct of modern science. Instead proposed is this: "An interesting solution is that of Rupert’s Sheldrake morpho-genetic fields:" yet Professor Stephen Braude already debunked Rupert Sheldrake. I've corresponded with Braude.
https://www.jazzphilosopher.com/ that's Stephen Braude's website. I notice the author, Chris Hardy, is very proud of his 1% status on academia.edu yet I also have achieved that 1% status! hahaha.
http://cosmic-dna.blogspot.com/ The author proposes this fundamental structure:
"the form of a spiral driven by the logarithm of phi—thus a golden spiral."
This is precisely the problem that has caused our ecological crisis - what I exposed in 2001 as the Actual Matrix Plan aka the "Golden Ratio" as the foundation of the "music logarithmic spiral."
However, neither Penrose nor Smolin postulated a hyperdimension (and even less so a consciousness HD).
Actually BOTH Penrose and Smolin rely on "asymmetric time" as the foundation of their models of reality - also based on a Bohmian physics - with this "asymmetric time" being noncommutativity.
frequency is a wave and thus a virtual string/particle;
So in noncommutativity time is defined as inverse frequency but frequency is not wave of matter! Rather frequency arises from logical inference as listening, that is a superradiance process in noncommutative quantum biology. What the author Chris Hardy is describing is a process "whose wavelengths get larger and larger, while their frequencies decrease." This is occuring yet at the same time the opposite is also true for de Broglie's quantum "Law of Phase Harmony" states "frequency is to time as momentum is to wavelength." So you have a "double phase" that as Professor Basil J. Hiley explained to me - this can never be a "wave" or "wavelength" phenomenon. In other words the "wave function" from Schroedringer was a convenient "algorithm" but a fundamentally inaccurate "ontology" of reality.
(Such a complex boundary membrane has been modeled by Jack Sarfatti, 2006)
I had a long email exchange with Jack Sarfatti - and so I critique and debunk his work in my latest book "There Is No Spoon."
As Nobel Physicist Brian Josephson told me in an email: "Jack does not understand attention." hahaha
the evolution of the whole—The One—is instantiated by the evolution of all its parts—the individual syg-
fields of all systems, each a self-conscious and free creative entity.
So the irony of the word "evolution" is that we face an accelerating "biological annihilation" on Earth due to our ecological crisis of accelerating abrupt global warming - and so modern science is actually the opposite of evolution.
"nature being economical wouldn’t get rid of this information and the atoms would keep on existing."
So this reduces the ecological crisis to a cosmic perspective - a very convenient bypassing of our dependence on Earth's ecology aka the biosphere. Rather now the focus is on a post and pre-matter "universe bubble."
photons from the first light (the photon decoupling) make up 96% of all photons reaching us—that is about 400 Big Bang photons by cubic centimeter around us when we walk in the street! (Bogdanov, 2004) The remaining 4% come from the light of stars.
That's the most fascinating claim in the paper.
there is no loss of information, ever.
So here the author invokes Nobel Physicist Gerard 't Hooft. Actually Roger Penrose believes the information is lost at the end of the Universe - and he disagreed with his student Stephen Hawking changing his mind - regarding the Black Hole Information paradox. This all depends on how information is defined though - with Professor Basil J. Hiley (the colleague of Penrose) pointing out the "active information" of noncommutativity not being the same as other types of information.
The author ends the paper focused on Jung since the author has a Ph.d. in psychological anthropology. I would recommend Peter Kingsley's new tome on Jung in order to properly understand Jung's alchemical work on archetypes. I haven't finished reading Kingsley's tome yet. The problem is that Pauli when working with Jung - they did not focus on noncommutativity.
here, we only have a Self taking one’s own responsibilities.
This shirking of responsibility reminds me of the leveraging of guilt as a religious commodity. People are taught to not feel guilty and that guilt is somehow wrong, because guilt assumes that the individual is the ultimate responsibility, in contrast to passing on that responsibility to a higher authority (say a priest absolving the guilt or a president). This mentality then can easily sacrifice the freedom of the individual as the cost for this exchange of the responsibility of the guilt - requiring the individual to follow the authority's orders that actually cause the guilt in the first place! It's a fascinating catch-22 or logical paradox of psychology that Eddie Oshins addresses well in his development of "quantum psychology" as based on noncommutativity!
would be his pure Self—having all the memories and also the accumulated talents of his previous life. This is in accord with the Buddhist and Hindu concept of the Self (atman) being conscious between incarnations, in the Bardo.
So this is the most fascinating disagreement I have with the author. The Self in Buddhism and Hinduism is not the "memories and accumulated talents" but rather it is what Penrose calls "protoconsciousness" - a term from Bernard d' Espagnat. By "protoconsciousness" we mean information that is from the future - precognitive and potential - and thus unknown as a memory or physical manifestation (talent accumulated in the past). This hints at the different definition of "active information" as being inherently negentropic in quantum nonlocality. The noncommutativity is inherently "negamass" as Yakir Aharonov calls it - or being "gravitationally propulsive" - and therefore it is not the accumulated past of memories and talents. Rather the Self is inherently what Daoism calls the "Absolute Void" that eternally radiates light. Ramana Maharshi describes the Self as a light so bright that any ego awareness is gone, just as in deep dreamless sleep - yet the Self is not the light directly, rather the Self is an ether-force that radiates the light. Ramana Maharshi defines this as "Mouna Samadhi" meaning "silence" samadhi based on a logical inference process of "vichara" or logical enquiry as internal listening.
The final claim of the ability to "communicate with HD beings" - higher dimensional beings as spirits - yes this is very true indeed. Yet Ramana Maharshi emphasizes that all the astral realms are in fact as projection of the spiritual ego! Only the Self as formless awareness is truly eternal and again this Self is not light! We as Westerners "want" to define the Self as Light - as Ramana Maharshi points out - yet it is not light. So while ghosts are real (I have seen them so I know they are real), Buddhism teaches that actually the ghosts get "healed" back into the Emptiness - again the light becomes so bright that the ghost loses all ego awareness. The qigong master Chunyi Lin explains that ghosts regularly come to him to get healed (and indeed I did see this and that is why he explained it). He also says sometimes it takes him several visits to a location to heal the ghosts there. Another Daoist teacher says this is more of a problem in the cities and he calls it "ghost pollution."
So we can think of this as what is explained in the Tibetan Book of the Dead - at the precise moment of death when the heart stops then we go into the Absolute Void - but our spiritual ego can not handle this level of purity. And so our spirit as a ghost ends up reincarnating. But that experience in the Absolute Void when the heart stops is also the experience of greatest love through the heart also - the unconditional love or what de Broglie calls the Law of Phase Harmony of the universe. What Ramana Maharshi explains is that in meditation we can have this experience and it's called "Nirvikalpa Samadhi" in yoga of India but then the spiritual master obtains the ability to leave his or her body - and so the spiritual ego gets stuck in the astral realms, communicating with "higher dimensional" beings as this author Chris Hardy indicates as the final goal. Ramana Maharshi makes the astonishing claim that in actuality ONLY the formless awareness is eternal and thus the goal of meditation is only to focus on this listening process as formless awareness - with any other "accumulated talents" - spiritual abilities - as just a karmic impersonal manifestation that may happen according only to that impersonal formless awareness "active information" process.
In terms of ecology we can realize that in the forest the primary perception is indeed listening - especially in the thick equatorial jungle where we primates evolved from. Yet modern humans use 2/3rds of our brain power now for external perception using our right-hand dominant technology for left-brain dominant thinking. And thus we have lost connection with the listening dominance as right-brain dominant musical harmony that is noncommutativity. Hence our ecological crisis with modern science as a psychological projection of this lost connection to the formless awareness or what was called the Cosmic Mother.
