I'm asked to summarize Basil J. Hiley's noncommutative nonlocality quantum potential physics

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUWzrqS39Ac

My reply got disappeared? hahahaha. I posted it on my blog. The "quantum jump" is a byproduct of what is called the "quantum measurement problem" due to the discrete measurement and the continuous Schroedringer wave equation. Noncommutativity is beyond discrete and continuous by combining both together.

@MichaelPryzdia  basically yes. The quantum potential is a nonlocal time-frequency "new quality" of energy or force that exists before spacetime. So the math is quickly complicated but relies on both a forward and backwards time measurement (derivative). The experimental proof has relied on the "weak measurements" of Yakir Aharonov's research group using entangled photons - but Hiley and Robert Flack are now working together to do a weak measurement of entangled rest mass - argon or helium. So Yakir Aharonov's latest published paper is in honor of de Broglie who was the first to figure out - what he called the pilot wave but he regretted that term. So de Broglie was trying to rely on Euclidian space but rather there has to be some kind of Pseudo-Riemannian and that's where the noncommutativity is key. Alain Connes points out that even Riemann realized that at the small scale there is something radical going on. So this requires a variable rest mass - this new quantum potential nonlocal force.
My interest is in terms of quantum biology because Hiley points out in his 2022 book chapter that noncommutativity changes radically what quantum biology has thus far erroneously assumed: The cut off of quantum coherence due to the collapse of the wave-function. So in noncommutativity the classical spacetime emerges as the natural limit of both forward and backward derivatives. This relies on a discrete matrices noncommutative math or process - what Hiley and Bohm called "active information." But in quantum biology you can maintain the noncommutativity into the macroscale without any need for a classical limit - this is what Eddie Oshins realized is the secret of neigong or nonwestern mind-body unification as internal martial arts (aka internal alchemy).
So as Alain Connes points out - all of science thus far has relied on commutative geometry from the symmetry Platonic philosophy - until Heisenberg discovered that the foundation of reality is noncommutative "transitional frequencies." So based on this inaccurate foundation of symmetry it is still wrongly assumed that relativity relies on symmetry - and so even Quantum Field Theory is wrong as Professor Jean Bricmont points out - QFT is disproven by Bell's Inequality. Tim Maudlin hosted Bricmont - so Tim Maudlin's recent talk on Bell's Inequality on youtube also goes into how nonlocality is misunderstood (as does Hiley).
This means that nonlocality is much more radical than physicists are willing to accept - it's not some after effect of entanglement but rather nonlocality is inherent to noncommutativity. Alain Connes 2015 lecture on youtube goes into this in more detail - he gave a talk to physicists. The title is in French but the talk is in English. Alain Connes - Temps et aléa du quantique
So Hiley points out that both Dirac and Richard Feynman were wrong in regards to renormalization. So relativity wrongly claims that virtual photons are just a mathematical trick that don't exist. But in noncommutativity you have a negative frequency from the imaginary number or "i" that is NOT part of the complex (commutative) number of the real number spacetime continuum. So as Alain Connes emphasizes time is now defined inherently by quantum noncommutative nonlocality - via cesium. Actually this is a basic radical truth found in music theory as Alain Connes points out in his "Music of Shapes" talk!! I also made this same discovery about music theory when I was 16 years old!!
It is Roger Penrose, the colleague of Hiley, who also acknowledges noncommutativity as the foundation of his "palatial twistor" model and thus the origin of the Big Bang and the acceleration of the Universe are BOTH based on a highly asymmetric time that is also highly coherent and also highly negentropic before the Big Bang. This means that we exist in a 5D black hole that is noncommutative and also explains spiritual phenomenon as Paul S. Wesson realized in his last published papers - around 2015 - he was citing Louis de Broglie. This also explains why commutative geometry is increasing gravitational entropy on Earth as Roger Penrose hints at.
Mind and Matter: the Kankas symposium, Session I on the Emmy Network channel on youtube - this shows Basil J. Hiley presenting to Roger Penrose - Hiley says how he doesn't understand consciousness and so his colleague Paavo will present on this. But Hiley does understand noncommutativity! He's one of the few scientists to focus on this. Other scientists might point out "chirality" or asymmetry - both examples of noncommutativity but it is Hiley along with Alain Connes who both see the connection to mind and quantum biology as well.
