The Order of the Universe is actually from quantum nonlocal noncommutative negentropy: Basil J. Hiley on quantum biology

Hi Professor Jim Al-Khalil and Professor JohnJoe McFadden - I sent the below reply to physicist David Chester. Thanks!
Hi David: Have you noticed  Basil J. Hiley mentioning Pascual Jordan - because Hiley does mention Jordan. Also Jordan first argued in the 1930s how life is from noncommutativity self-amplifying into the macroscale. This is mentioned in the quantum biology book "Life on the Edge" (award-winning Royal Society science book of the year in 2016). Finally in 2022 Hiley published his quantum consciousness book chapter stating that quantum biology has been wrongly claiming that quantum coherence "collapses" at the macroscale because noncommutativity does not require this! Noncommutativity can exist in the macroscale and so Basil J. Hiley explains that quantum biology has been completely misunderstood thus far. Hiley also says this noncommutativity can explain the paranormal and spiritual phenomenon that the quantum biology book author, Jim Al-Khalil, dismisses as just the confusion of LSD-laced hippies. hahaha. Eddie Oshins working at Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, in collaboration with math professor Lou Kauffman, also argued that noncommutativity explained nonwestern meditation "neigong" or internal martial arts alchemy abilities.

This is not the place to discuss these proposal in detail but we feel it is essential to draw the reader’s attention to this rapidly developing field which has been held back in the belief that “wave-decoherence" is the fatal factor that destroys quantum effects in living systems. This negative outlook traps us in a totally obscure notion of “wave-particle duality” and all the conflicting images that throws up. We should instead direct our
attention towards a dynamical structure conditioned by non-commutative geometry.
