Proof that Minnesota has Range Plants for Range Herding

The use of buildings and land within County’s zoning jurisdiction is subject to all other Federal, State, and County regulations as well as the Zoning Ordinance, whether or not such other provisions are specifically referenced in the Zoning Ordinance. The use of tents to house workers on the range is pursuant to particular requirements set forth in sections 655.230 and 655.235, as applicable, of Title 20 of the Code of Federal Regulations, a set of rules published in the Federal Register by the executive departments and agencies of the U.S. government. For added clarity, we have revised the regulatory text to specify that tents are structures covered by these sections:  655.230 and 655.235. Range is defined as "land that is not cultivated" and also typically land that is "not suitable to be cultivated."
