So he's talking about the central African original human culture as based on the female menstruation blood feeding the "blood eating spirits" while there is overlap with the "song eating spirits" during the hunting in the forest. So if a women gets pregnant then the lack of her menstruation blood left in the forest will upset the hunting. So an incision is made on the women's stomach so that blood can be left in the forest to feed the spirits.

 Originally the women would give birth through parthenogenesis from dancing with the forest spirits and the energy of the forest spirits.

During the female first menstruation there is a "reversal of culture" (she is Frazer's Divine King) and the female is transformed into a male Eland Bull with male rain power (yang qi, yin shen) as a mediator of heaven and earth. She blesses the hunters.

Normally during female menstruation the female can't cook meat or be near the hunters. But the female blood does bless the ground for growing food as attracting "female rain."

Thanks for mentioning the Keeneys, Dr. Camilla Power, as in the healing energy, the "yin qi" is in the blood as "negative ion" energy of the Earth. So by the "shaking medicine" the Earthing or negative ion energy is taking in via the Schumann Resonance (7 to 9 beats per second as ELF frequency) - which, as per Dr. Andrija Puharich, is actually a "reverse time" or quantum reverse precessional proton spin coupling energy.

 So the "reversal of culture" is actually the "yang qi" as the "male rain" due to the fat energy being strongest at the peak of hormone energy for puberty. So in Daoist alchemy the "yang qi" is the "yin shen" or female spirit while the "yin qi" of the blood is the "yang shen" as the "hun soul." The Hun soul is literally the Cloud energy that rains down on Earth via the yin qi.

There's another deeper layer to this also but I'll just leave it at that with the Moon as the yin qi psychic energy via the pineal gland synchronization with the moon energy. So the pineal gland has the 2nd highest blood processing after the kidneys in the body and the pineal gland turns the blood into cerebrospinal fluid (the basis of the yang qi).
