The Aharonov-Bohm Effect as Lockheed-Martin patent basis for "Matter Waves" from quantum nonlocal harmony: Bob Greenyer

 So this patent was pointed out by Bob Greenyer youtube vid

citing a 1984 now declassified CIA doc on Tom Bearden's claim about scalar weapons based on this concept.

This was the claim of Andrija Puharich originally!

So Bob Greenyer states:

They are looking to cohere and correlate matter on a very small scale - high frequency EM waves configured to produce scalar effects will get damped extremely quickly, however ELF can travel vast distances, even through the earth without attenuation. That may be why the DUGA antenna had to be so big. In the case of locally produced Exotic Vacuum Objects (EVOs)- once these are made, according to Ken Shoulders 1980s book, he states that they act as mono-pole oscillators - this makes them both transmitters and receivers of scalar energy/waves. When that is understood, it presents the possibility of trapping the natural flux of these in scalar transmitter field interference wells and energising them at great distances to produce Macro EVO clusters at a distance - these can then ride the interference field minima by phase shifting and by acting on them - driving them or disheveling them you can raise or lower the temperature of surrounding air or by use of frequency shifting cause them to cluster further for other applications.

Ken Shoulders was at SRI which is closely tied to military research. So who knows - people try to claim the military is "holding back" their research some how?   Abstract Some theoretical frameworks that explore the possible formation of dense exotic electron clusters in the E-Cat SK are presented. Some considerations on the probable role of Casimir, Aharonov-Bohm, and collective effects in the formation of such structures are proposed. A relativistic interaction Lagrangian, based on a pure electromagnetic electron model, that suggests the possible existence of very low entropy charge aggregates and that highlights the primary role of the electromagnetic potentials in these clusters is presented. The formation of these cluster may be associated to a localized Vacuum polarization generated by a rapid radial charge displacement. The formation of these dense electron clusters are introduced as a probable precursor for the formation of proton-electron aggregates at pico-metric scale, stressing the importance of evaluating the plausibility of special electron-nucleon interactions, as already suggested in [#GullstromRossi]. An observed isotopic dependence of a particular spectral line in the visible range of E-Cat plasma spectrum seems to confirm the presence of a specific proton-electron interaction at electron Compton wavelength scale.

    Neutron interferometer and polarimeter are used for the experimental investigations of quantum mechanical phenomena. Interferometry exhibits clear evidence of quantum-contextuality and polarimetry demonstrates conflicts of a contextual model of quantum mechanics á la Leggett. In these experiments, entanglements are achieved between degrees of freedom in a single-particle: spin, path and energy degrees of freedom are manipulated coherently and entangled. Both experiments manifest the fact that quantum contextuality is valid for phenomena with matter waves with high precision. In addition, another experiment is described which deals with error-disturbance uncertainty relation: we have experimentally tested error-disturbance uncertainty relations, one is derived by Heisenberg and the other by Ozawa. Experimental results confirm the fact that the Heisenberg's uncertainty relation is often violated and that the new relation by Ozawa is always larger than the limit. At last, as an example of a counterfactual phenomenon of quantum mechanics, observation of so-called quantum Cheshire Cat is carried out by using neutron interferometer. Experimental results suggest that pre- and post-selected neutrons travel through one of the arms of the interferometer while their magnetic moment is located in the other arm.
