Proof that BooksXpress is a scam and needs to be removed from Abebooks

notice it states, "The book has been shipped to you" and notice there is NO postal information who is shipping and no tracking number.

So I looked up the company and it's a total scam!

Based on 100 customer reviews BooksXpress is rated 1.0 out of 5 stars. They have been selling on Walmart Marketplace since 2019.

They try to cover this up with a second review page claiming better reviews! Nope.

I already disputed this charge immediately since I knew it was a scam right away.

So then I get this response that PROVES it's a scam!

Other booksellers do not use an "automatic" reply system that can not be replied to! I just had a very friendly correspondence with a book seller in Ireland - Kenny's Bookshop! I received their book in just a few days from Ireland!

So why is this "bookseller" claiming it takes 15 days for a book to ship within the U.S.? That's absolutely not true.

They have now been proven to have lied to me - claiming they already shipped my order and then charged me for it and now they say - we're not sure when the order will ship and when it does ship it will take 15 days to get to you! haha.

Even Abebooks tried to cover for this bookseller - what did they send to me?

"The book has been shipped to you"

with NO tracking information and NO shipping company yet ALL the other booksellers provide the tracking number and shipping information.

A seller should not lie like that and claim the book has been shipped and then charge me for it already.

And I already sent 99 reviews of people claiming they never received their orders or the book was damaged due to no bubble wrap or cardboard, etc. And also they never receive a refund.

The business is a straight up SCAM.

I might also contact the Attorney General in New Jersey.

My next step is to contact the New Jersey Attorney General. Where is Abebooks based? Ah Canada - the Great White North. So you all kind hide under NAFTA. Nice.

I already told Visa this morning that both Abebooks and BooksXpress lied about stating the book had already shipped. I have bought some 100 books from abebooks - the bookseller consistently gives a tracking number and shipping company when the book ships. I've also worked in warehouses so I know when an item has shipped or not. That's why I have disputed the charge on this so-called "shipped" item.

I have a different definition of refund just as you have a different definition of "shipped." Here is what "shipped" means in the real world.

Also, a simple connection between Q_M and relativity theory for the De Broglie particle/pilot wave concept shows that v_p v_w = c² is required, where the subscripts p and w refer to particle and wave, respectively. Visually, the frequency and amplitude changes but the EAR hears no difference - both phases are the Perfect Fifth just inverted as undivided yin-yang (the Taiji). I was discussing noncommutative phase with Nobel physicist Brian Josephson - and he said that I didn't understand how octaves were a geometric logarithm - so that C to G is 3/2 yet G to C is 3/4 as the harmonic series. So I tried to point out to him that since the 2 and 4 are the SAME C as "pitch" - then in the same octave, when doubled back, you can not HAVE the same G as Both the Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth. Why? Because 3/4 is the reverse direction in time - so that now the "3" is the denominator as a new root tonic. And so the harmonic series assumes this is a logarithmic equation as a ratio that can be inverted - but you can not evenly divide the octave and the Perfect Fifth since 2 does not go into 3 evenly. So this means that 3/4 is actually C to F while C to G is 3/2 and the C to F was derived from doubling 2/3. So this is called the "phantom tonic" in music theory and reveals the noncommutative phase origin of the music harmonics - as Alain Connes recognizes. Let us draw up a fundamental vibration with its first and second harmonic overtones [1:2 and 2:3]….if we then shift the phase relationship, we get a totally different course of the combined curve; that is, of the pressure course [amplitude and frequency] which is apparently effective in the final analysis.
