So for Jackie Chan - he is definitely MORE "parallel to the ground" for his thighs. But that was for a MOVIE and so obviously not the real training of two hours nonstop at Shaolin - every day for 3 months - as http://springforestqigong.com did.

I buyed the level one and I would like asking you a couple of things because you achieved great skills, too I have e mailed to support if SFQ but also I would like to know your opinion.

The first one is difficult for me to be in celibacy, and the second is because I don't know how to visualize the energy with the Small Universe Meditation. I am not worried with the active exercises because the posture helps, but with small universe is different cause the visualization is very important. I try two method. The first one is visualizating one picture extern of my body and one ball of energy circuling throughout the him. The second method is trying to feel the energy internally but I don't get visualize the energy and I don't feel anything. I think the visualization perhaps is not for me, or just I need doing it of other form. Could you give me one tip? What do you think about practice the active exercises and SMU gazing a candle or one dot in a wall with eyes open? I would like achieve the first level soon but it seems that is difficult.

Thanks for the question. For celibacy it depends on age and purification. So the younger you are then the more purification - you can try a vegetarian diet and no food in the evenings. You can try more standing exercise to make sure the thigh muscles are sore and legs shaking - so have the thighs more parallel to the ground.
DeleteThe visualization of a candle with eyes open is to purify the yin qi blockages by water flowing out of the eyes. I have not done this really but you can also visualize a black ball of light that is then sucked in - this is the lower frequency blockage. The Taoist Yoga book has more details. The secret is to do the Quick Fire breathing FAST or Quick - this increases your CO2 or Carbon Dioxide levels in the body relative to oxygen. So then you hold the breath after 30 quick deep reverse breathing inhales. This is the Tummo or Wim Hof breathing technique. So that will better sublimate your energy as you can hold the breath longer AFTER exhale - from doing the first 30 Quick Fire or Fast deep inhales. Then just keep repeating that cycle. You want to be lying down as there is tingling inside from the lack of CO2 internally due to the quick exhales.
So This is NOT medical advice - or instructions - just sharing my own experiences. So do what ever you want to do. thanks
Also visualizing light for the Small Universe Meditation - this takes first - the colon has to be cleared out - and the celibacy energy has to build up - and at first you may see light internally. But at first you just IMAGINE that you see light. Our body is filled with biophotons but the intensity is very weak. So by meditating we are building up this laser spirit energy - we have to CREATE the astral body.
So if you can not SEE light - then you just practice more and the foundation of the meditation is logical inference that can NOT be seen. So do not worry about not seeing light at first - as even if you CAN see light then you do not want to be attached to the light. The foundation is based on listening more than seeing.

Thanks for reply, you are speaking about wim hof, the Quick Fire Breathing should to be done down cold shower? Or before? I am thinking to take cold showers but SFQ recommends heat. Perhaps I should get te taoist yoga book but I believe that is for more advanced practicioners.

Thanks for the question. The Taoist Yoga book is a free pdf online - just search the title. There are different versions. Some are word searchable. It's not an easy read as the terminology has to be deciphered. The Wim Hof or Tummo breathing if done correctly should create a strong blissful heat in the back pit of the stomach. I would not try a cold shower unless I FIRST establish this sensation of strong blissful heat.
