Pond Liner roof goes up on the Hermit Hut while Z-wire agitator goes into the broadcast spreader

I could post photos - not sure it's worth it. I was concerned about the off gas smell from the synthetic rubber "pond liner" roof. It's not noticeable smelling one part but the whole thing hanging over the hut - then the smell was noticeable. But I researched it - and there is a sulfur resin binder for the synthetic rubber - so the smell is supposed to then off gas to nothing after a couple weeks. So it should be fine but also I'm not supposed to sleep in the hut more than 14 days a year with a few days at a time.

The Z-wire agitator is what I picked up yesterday - I drove to the Site One Landscape Supply store that is really a warehouse business for landscape companies. So the part was just over $3 but the gas money was probably $10.

My self-designed agitator worked the best for the soil compost but that soil compost is too fluffy lite weight for the broadcast spreader. So the Z-wire definitely did not work and also my own agitator was making a terrible racket as it was catching on the vent openings. I could have tried to fix it but I wanted a better overall design - and the Z-wire definitely was not it. So I'll just spread the compost as a "tea" using the backpack sprayer for enzymes into the soil.

So the Z-wire agitator - someone said it keeps falling off. So I made sure to "crimp" it on.

This agitator is much better than the cotter pin that came with the broadcast spreader.

It reaches out about twice as far and then sits lower but does not totally scrap it. I suppose the first cotter pin - I could have just crimped also.

Anyway it works now and I saved the first cotter pin - even though I messed with the design.
