Canceled my Global Industrial order and switched to Northern Tool Groundskeeper order

So I read the reviews of "Global Industrial" - and it is one of this secondary shipping companies. So they try to track down your order by ordering from other companies - and there's tons of bad reviews. People claim the sales people lie and say the order has shipped when it hasn't shipped. And the website says nothing about getting a "tracking number" from the shipping company - in this case they claim it's UPS.

So Northern Tool is headquartered in my state and says they always use FedEx and will send out a tracking number when the order ships. So the Global Industrial site - I called them up and was given a call distribution center number in Georgia. She then said that I would get a tracking number when the order ships - but if that is true then why don't they mention getting a "tracking number" from the shipping company - on the actual website?

So then someone said when they DID get a "tracking number" from the supposed shipping company - they called up the shipping company and it was a scam. So they canceled their order and got charged the Shipping Fee. Because once the order is sent out as "shipped" then the credit card fee is processed. So then you have to file a reverse charge through the credit card company and the scam is to still collect the shipping fee!

So I just immediately called back to cancel the order. So then I was told I would receive a confirmation email that my order was canceled - maybe today or tomorrow and that they had just contacted the warehouse in Wisconsin to cancel the order.

This is again suspicious as the person should be able to email me directly with a confirmation that the order has been canceled - without having to wait for a response from the warehouse where the product supposedly is. I looked up the warehouse on google maps and there are a couple "reviews" of the site and there is a sign for the warehouse - and so I can see the sign from google maps - from overhead. I can't read the sign but it looks legitimate as far as a physical location.

So basically now I wait till tomorrow to see if my order gets really canceled or what kind of run around I will get? If they don't cancel it that would appear to be a big violation. Obviously they can't pretend to "ship" it out now.

One time I canceled an order online - and I had to email the company - and it also was a "shipping" company based in New York. But then I received a "shipped" email reply. So then the charge was processed based on their "shipped" confirmation. Luckily I did actually receive the product but it was only about a $15 or $10 small portable solar panel to recharge a cell phone.

OK so I called back Global Industrial a second time and they put me on hold a long time then say they have not heard back from the shipping warehouse to cancel the charge. And that the Website states they can not Guarantee a charge is canceled. So I say - so you can't email me stating the charge has been canceled. NO.

So then I immediately call the credit card company and they state since the charge is still being authorized then they can DENY the charge. And they do send me an email that the charge has been put into a "dispute" claim and is now tentatively credited.

So since I never got a "shipping" email from Global Industrial then I think I caught this scam in the nick of time.

So I tried to point out to him that since the 2 and 4 are the SAME C as "pitch" - then in the same octave, when doubled back, you can not HAVE the same G as Both the Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth. Why? Because 3/4 is the reverse direction in time - so that now the "3" is the denominator as a new root tonic. And so the harmonic series assumes this is a logarithmic equation as a ratio that can be inverted - but you can not evenly divide the octave and the Perfect Fifth since 2 does not go into 3 evenly. So this means that 3/4 is actually C to F while C to G is 3/2 and the C to F was derived from doubling 2/3. So this is called the "phantom tonic" in music theory and reveals the noncommutative phase origin of the music harmonics - as Alain Connes recognizes. Let us draw up a fundamental vibration with its first and second harmonic overtones [1:2 and 2:3]….if we then shift the phase relationship, we get a totally different course of the combined curve; that is, of the pressure course [amplitude and frequency] which is apparently effective in the final analysis. When looking at both curves, one might suppose that in the two cases we should hear two sounds that are just as different. But in fact our ear does not notice any difference. biophysicist Vitus B. Anyone who actually knows how to play music would not fall for this bait and switch! What is (7, 5)? It is a Perfect Fourth which is the PITCH of C to G! "The term subcontrary may refer to the fact that a tone based on this mean reverses the order of the two fundamental musical intervals in a scale.
