So the pdf states as the right hand goes up then the right heel also goes up. As the right hand goes down then the left hand and left heel go up.

Video of above - so my take on this is that just as with Yiquan - the energy focus is from the right hand to the left foot and then left hand to right foot. Why? If you are putting your weight on the left foot by rising up the right foot then that would transfer the energy to the left foot via the right hand being raised up.
So the upper body is yang and right hand is yang (tiger).
The lower body is yin and the left leg is yang (tiger).
So the other thing to keep in mind is that Tiger is Yin as lower body fluid but has hidden yang inside it as metal that is then returned to the heart as Heaven. So the tiger is both yin as "Black tiger" and yang as white tiger.
The dragon similarly is Yang as fire upper body but yin as lower body wood.
So maybe they are also reversed for the lower body - so that yang is dragon and not tiger?
I'm trying to find this out.
The tiger represents the yin (female), and dragon represents the yang (male).
So this means the Dragon has a HIDDEN female as yin qi while is male as Red Dragon. So the tiger has a hidden male that is yang. So that means the Male Tiger and Female Dragon are the Neidan reversals.
The left side is the Green Dragon which the right side is the White Tiger.
So again - if the left leg is yang and male and dragon then the right leg is tiger but yin as female.
They're symbols of the higher and lower nature (mind and body, basically), branded on the inner forearms during the "graduation ceremony" from the Shaolin Temple. The monk uses his arms to lift and carry a scalding hot cauldron decorated with the dragon (mind, left arm) and tiger (body, right arm).
more on Dragon and Tiger qigong - vid
Oops he says dragon is lungs and tiger is liver when it's the OPPOSITE. The dragon is the liver and tiger the lungs. Oh well.
OK this confirms - he's not lifting up his feet but his right hand and left foot are the energy focus at the same time - just as I claimed.
Bruce Frantzis as the origin of Dragon and Tiger qigong in the West - vid
Bruce Frantzis named them as follows ;;1. Dragon and Tiger meet. 2.Dragon looks at horizon.3.Tiger crouches. 4.Tiger separates her cubs. 5.Tiger pounces. 6. Dragon and tiger pierce heaven and earth. 7. Dragon soars to heaven and brings back a pearl

this guy repeats the SAME error of dragon as lungs and tiger as liver - vid
oops.
The Dragon and the Tiger
The green dragon is the liver. The white tiger is the lung.
Yes correct.
Chinese medicine gives it more specific meanings: the tiger’s immense strength and responsiveness are traits that derive from the liver—hence the tiger is a metaphor for a healthy and strong liver. The dragon’s ability to fly is a trait that resides in the lungs—hence the dragon is a metaphor for healthy and strong lungs.

Strange that Bruce SWITCHES it around ! Maybe he means in the Neidan sense? Because in Neidan "East and West" are also reversed.

Green Dragon supports healthy Liver function
So this dude says the Lungs are stilling and Liver is movement - OPPOSITE of Bruce. Hilarious.

Why did he just say that the yin RETURNS up? When the yin starts in the heart and returns down to Earth? Maybe he means the yin as fluid. Yes. He means yin as fluid - cerebrospinal fluid. And yang as blood going down.
NO he means the Liver as Yin as the lower body... OK I get it now. So the blood RISES. Yeah that makes sense.
He says those liver meridians go down low in the body.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMLLFIZonjE
so he says the perineum is where the liver meridian encycles.
is that a word though?
NO - encycles is not a word. hilarious.
So that's the Liver Meridian? I think.... right leg is Yin Dragon since liver is dragon?
so a third:
It's very strange that ALL the images show the Right Leg as the liver meridian yet NONE of the written descriptions SPECIFY that it is the RIGHT leg. One description even says "legs" - ?!
Inhale, and move your hands to the right rib cage over your liver. Exhale, and move your arms down your right abdomen and right leg, as if pushing down and out with your hands. Visualize a green light moving the toxins out of the liver and down the liver meridian on the inside of your right leg and out of the big toe.
Finally - so it's NOT "both" legs - it IS the right leg only.

Good! Master Ni, Huaching's son. Excellent.
OK So left foot is tiger or yang of the yin lower body.
right hand is tiger or yang of the Yang upper body.
So the Taoist Yoga book says
"yang is embracing yin" as Left leg yang to lower body yin.
☲ Yang encompassing Yin;
So left leg is on top.
as fire.
kan 坎 ☵ Yin encompassing Yang.
is the left hand embracing upper body?
https://goldenelixir.com/jindan/cultivating_the_tao_6.html
the precelestial Yin and Yang come forth in the dharma-body (fashen), and thus are generated by the One Breath of Empty Non-Being.
So Fa Shen is the Yuan Qi as the virtual photons or spin energy.

"minor Yang" (Wood), "great Yang" (Fire), "minor Yin" (Metal), and "great Yin" (Water). [On this point,
So that's how they claim Liver is Yang and Lungs are Yin - yet lungs are still Tiger and liver is still Dragon.
So most definitely Lungs are Tiger - NOT dragon!!
So Bruce is wrong to claim Lungs are Dragon.
Liver is Dragon not tiger.
and therefore they pertain to Kan ☵ and Li ☲. Kan is externally Yin and internally Yang. Its external Yin is the postcelestial Yin, and its internal Yang is the precelestial Yang.
Li is externally Yang and internally Yin. Its external Yang is the postcelestial Yang, and its internal Yin is the precelestial Yin.
So GREEN FEMALE DRAGON is Precelestial Earth
and White MALE Tiger is Precelestial Heaven.
OK so the tiger or yang or LEFT leg of the Yin needs to RETURN to the Heaven as Yang as right arm (right side of heart).
So then you have Yang-yang as heaven
and then you have yin-yin as Earth.
But the spirit light still needs to be switched.
So the right eye as yang qi is yin shen
and the left eye as yin qi is yang shen. The Yang shen then needs to go to Earth so you have Yin lower body with yin qi and Yang shen.
Practice the most powerful Qigong movement from our popular wellness and weight loss program, “The Dragon Stands Between Heaven and Earth”.
Standing with feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent, raise your arms to chest level, and make two fists. Point your thumbs toward each other about six inches in front of you. Relax your arms and shoulders, but keep your hands at this height. Take a few deep breaths. Close your eyes, and imagine you are a dragon standing between Heaven and Earth.Hold this posture as long as you can. This not only strengthens Lung energy but also increases your overall energy levels in your body, giving you extra Qi for healing and living!
so that also implies the lungs are dragon. very strange.
The dragon resides above, setting the clouds off in a blustering storm. Just as the yang in the furnace ascends,
OH fascinating - to the Lungs ARE dragon BEFORE the Neidan practice.... the lungs are a yin organ and the hidden yin qi with the eyes open that powers the heart - must then be the LUNGS.

"the right hand grabs the white tiger, left hand grabs the green dragon," Taichi: A Personal Learning Experience, Part 1
So at first the lungs are Dragon but then as the alchemical reversal it turns into tiger.
Inside the cauldron is the yin of aqueous silver, which is to say the fire dragon-innate disposition root. Inside the furnace is the yang of the Jade Bud, which is to say the water tiger- lifespan stem. The tiger is below in order to emit the trigger of fire. The dragon resides above, setting the clouds off in a blustering storm. Just as the yang in the furnace ascends, yin invariably descends, then the celestial cloudsouls and terrestrial whitesouls in the cauldron preserve their tranformations. The Green Dragon and the White Tiger contain one another,
