Must, if Sound, and Perceived to be Sound, be INCOMPLETE and Perceived to be INCOMPLETE: Sir Roger Penrose on the Truth of Sound as Incomplete Truth

Sir Roger Penrose uses the word "sound" as a synonym for "solid" or "right" or "true" yet Penrose doesn't realize - or DOES he? (obviously he does) - that the word "sound" taken LITERALLY is also logically true due to the Time-Frequency Uncertainty Principle from noncommutative phase logic!!

All the rules that can be Perceived by human beings can NOT be programmed by a computer.
Every mathematical system, every system based on algorithms, MUST if SOUND and perceived to be SOUND must be INCOMPLETE and Perceived as INCOMPLETE.

There will always be some propositions that we are unable to PROVE but we can PERCEIVE to be TRUE.

(i..e the "proof" for God for example)....

Logical Inference can not be PROVEN since it's not a closed system...
