So normally I find Dr. Jack Kruse had to digest because his writing style and his monologues - they are very big on empirical data but tend to lack a logical structure to connect all the data into a larger theme of priorities.
So I knew Dr. Jack Kruse was promoting the Ketogenic fasting diet - and this is to power the mitochondria directly by turning off glucose digestion. So I would have to review the details again but this time around he emphasizes how for people not fully developed (under 25 years old) then the brain is not fully myelinated.
So we know - something that modern Westerners don't acknowledge - that lecithin is the main means to myelinate the nerves and then through male celibacy the brain can be myelinated to store up charge (and thereby directly power the mitochondria).
So Dr. Jack Kruse instead emphasizes absorbing red light which then powers the mitochondria through the electrochemical reaction with the pituitary and pineal gland - via the lecithin and myelination of the nerves.
So then he says that natural light - sun gazing in the morning and evening - and getting natural light to the body - this is crucial to heal the body due to the red light powering the mitochondria.
Whereas the blue light at light causes the serotonin to not convert to melatonin and melatonin is the super anti-oxidant of the body that heals the body of the free radicals built up from the mitochondria power of using oxygen to create ATP from fat.
Over a hundred ATP molecules are synthesized from the complete oxidation of one molecule of fatty acid,
So this is why going on a ketosis fasting diet of burning fat actually creates way more energy.
By 12 hours, you've entered the metabolic state called ketosis
So this really requires just water intake if anything since otherwise any kind of nutrition will be converted to glucose metabolism.
So then ideally there is a deeper "immortal breathing" or bigu state - that Dr. Jack Kruse probably knows nothing about. But he hints at it regarding the melanin in the back of the eye - the pigment to absorb light. So neuromelanin is crucial and is built up from the converted serotonin. And our body creates large amounts of serotonin in the lower body but this has to be sublimated to the pineal gland and converted from the blood into the cerebrospinal fluid. And then on a deeper vagus nerve activation - converted into melatonin and oxytocin.
So for example the "original" qigong master says that the small universe meditation is excellent to treat "jet lag" if a person does long distance flying - in other words to "reset" the circadian clock. So as Neidan teaches - the "yuan qi" emanates out of the pineal gland via the heart. So there is the deep central channel of the body that is then able to reverse ageing and even experience precognitive visions.
So this type of frequency light quantum biology healing practice - using blue blocking special sunglasses and getting outside more during the day time - this is kind of like how qigong can fix jet lag also. Intensive qigong is like superconcentrated sleep - since it is shown that during deep dreamless sleep there is increased cerebrospinal fluid pressure which then pushes out the free radical build up in the brain - so that the melatonin can neutralize the free radicals - since melatonin is the super anti-oxidant of the body.
So what happens to me is that if I ever need to go to sleep but I'm not tired - or conversely I don't feel "sleepy" but I am tired - then I just go into full lotus meditation posture. This increases the blood flow to the brain and then converts to increased cerebrospinal fluid in the brain with more serotonin in the CSF. Then suddenly I "pass out" into a power nap in full lotus - for some deep dreamless delta wave sleep. But then staying in full lotus - the energy of the small universe cycles again and then wakes me refreshed.
