So I tried to order the Titanium stove but the manufacturer said she thought it would get lost going by boat. Makes sense - since it would NOT get delivered to my door. And she does offer Fedex. But I didn't know better. So then she said I need to cancel the order. Well I can only ask for a refund.
So then I ask about the other folding stainless steel stove but when she realizes I just want one item then no response. Why? They offer one item but do NOT offer "door to door" courier - only a warehouse truck docking shipment.
So I am learning how Alibaba works.
So then I find out that the stainless steel stove I first ordered has been sent to Fedex courier!!
So I had emailed them previously that I had ordered the titanium stove direct from the factory and if it ships then I will cancel the stainless steel stove order. Sorry.
So since I already canceled the titanium stove order - now I have the other stove being sent off.
Whether they sent it off FASTER because of what I had told them about arranging the titanium order - I don't know.
So assuming the Alibaba order is refunded - as they said they would - then I saved $100 since the Fedex shipping for the Titanium stove made it the same price as the AliExpress order.
So I would rather have the stainless steel stove for one third off the price of the titanium stove.
I currently have TWO refunds being processed - one by AliExpress and one by Alibaba. I hope they both go through! haha.
Yes Alibaba reports that the Refund has been "Resolved" and is now being process.
that is also what AliExpress told me - so that it takes several days for the refund to get processed...
Yes that order also says "Refund Processing" on the AliExpress site - just as it says on the Alibaba site.
Both are for wood stoves. haha.
