So this is a corroboration of Carlos Ventura, et. al. who also worked with David Muesham. He was an advisor for my Level One fugue composition at Hampshire College - in my first year.

So they are speculating a quantum phonon effect on the genetic transcription growth rate....

So then in the Appendix 1 - there is a detailed scientific model of the quantum phonons as soliton waves for a relativistic quantum effect.

So he argues that fractals originate out of noncommutative geometry. I read that paper before. He doesn't understand, as Eddie Oshins did, that noncommutative geometry or quantum algebra is also on the macro-scale since bosons are coherent and so can resonate up into the macro scale while maintaining entanglement.
