So yes Bacry is admitting that a great error was made at the founding of Western science!!
So then Bacry encourages people to read Alain Connes and I have already detailed that Alain Connes explains his spectral model of reality by explaining that music theory is truly noncommutative - as (2, 3, infinity). And math professor Micho Drudevich corroborates that indeed Pythagorean music theory is noncommutative (relativistic) quantum truth of reality.
And Bacry also corroborates that Louis de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony is also noncommutative.
So Bacry is stating that ONLY by using noncommutative spacetime can we properly explain de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony.
And so utilizing the de Broglie-Bohm model of reality then Yakir Aharonov et. al. has recently proven this noncommutative truth - of reverse time and supermomentum "guiding" a particle!
So for this visual explanation of de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony - the rocket ship is an observer - a person - and the wave moving in from the right is the Future as a subharmonic blue light (a reverse time and increase in momentum as frequency). The particle is then observed as a modulating wave of spacetime that goes up in frequency (green) as the observer moves towards it - and goes down in frequency (red) as the observer goes away.
So this means you have TWO Doppler Effects going at the same time through a noncommutative spacetime. So what is the wave but a superluminal phonon wave itself! Quantum physicist Dr. Guenter Nimtz sends superluminal sound signals through the 5th dimension:
"the superluminal acoustic effect we have described is likely a ubiquitous but imperceptible phenomenon in the everyday world."
Physics Professor Manfred Euler this explains how we can experience this de Broglie Law of Phase Harmony directly through noncommutative music meditation:
"Binaural hearing is the acoustic analog of the interferometer or double-slit experiments. The two ears can be regarded as an acoustic interferometer, which recovers the phase difference of signals between the two ears by binaural correlation….matter waves are locally in phase with the superluminal particle clocks (de Broglie’s Law of Phase Harmony). The clock runs forever so it’s self-sustaining (consciousness-energy). It resonates with the quantum vacuum....

So this is the de Broglie Law of Phase Harmony truth as proven by Yakir Aharonov - using "weak" measurements of entangled photons.
Yakir Aharonov:
"There is a non-local exchange that depends on the modular variable....I'm saying that I have now an intuitive picture to understand interference by saying that when a particle moves through two slits, it always goes through one slit or the other, but it knows which other slit, the slit through which it did not go, whether it is open or not, because there are nonlocal equations of motion."
Finally making sense of the double-slit experiment (2017, Aharonov):
The nonlocal equations of motion in the Heisenberg picture thus allow us to consider a particle going through only one of the slits, but it nevertheless has nonlocal information regarding the other slit.... The Heisenberg picture, however, offers a different explanation for the loss of interference that is not in the language of collapse: if one of the slits is closed by the experimenter, a nonlocal exchange of modular momentum with the particle occurs....Alternatively, in the Heisenberg picture, the particle has both a definite location and a nonlocal modular momentum that can “sense” the presence of the other slit and therefore, create interference."

Professor Paul S. Wesson realized, the 4D spacetime universe exists in a holographic 5D black hole. Wesson:
...the presence of oscillations in the vacuum have the same properties as de Broglie waves....5D field equations which in 4D has the properties of a de Broglie wave....the difference can show up as a small perturbation which leads to an effect similar to quantum uncertainty...

From the viewpoint of 5D field theory, waves of de Broglie type have to be considered real.So in 5D all particles behave like photons and everything in the universe is in causal contact with everything else.

de Broglie waves are better understood in 5D ...characteristic of inflationary cosmology...its 5D complex generalization...as a model for de Broglie waves. A null interval admits, in a formal sense, velocities in 3D which exceed lightspeed.
a particle not as a point but a tiny ball of trapped waves. ..some of it verging on the mystical. De Broglie waves follow automatically when the expressions for the energy of a particle [E=mc squared] and a wave [E=Planck's Constant multipled by frequency] are combined.
This, admittedly, sounds strange.
Whether one believes in a model like this that straddles physics and spirituality is up to the individual....However it is remarkable that such a model can even be formulated, bridging as it does realms of experience which traditionally have been viewed as immutably separate.
So then Stanford engineering professor William Tiller has researched the implications of the de Broglie Law of Phase Harmony for paranormal spiritual reality:

Now if you look at that, it actually is telling you, I want to break the symmetry of the structure and choose a third direction. And the way we do that physically is we define a homogeneous magnetic field in the Z, in the 3-direction, and that immediately breaks the symmetry....the representation is made by choosing a direction....So you do everything in a rest frame...it's not manifestly covariant... you do the inner automorphism and then you go to another frame. ...This is why time is in the algebra.... Dirac was doing this in the 20s and 30s... it was ignored because it did not fit into Bohr's philosophy and Hilbert Space is not the essence...quoting Dirac, "Quantum Electrodynamics directed toward...", Hiley states, quoting Dirac:
"If you use the Heisenberg Representation, the standard Ket can not be put into Hilbert Space."

[Dirac] threw away terms for H-bar squared and the quantum potential comes in at H-bar squared...so he threw it away!
Hiley cites the wording of Paul Dirac: "Each electron only interferes with itself" and adds: "Somehow the ‘quantum force’ is a ‘private’ force. It thus cannot be regarded as a distortion of some underlying sub-quantum medium as was originally suggested by de Broglie".[38] It is independent of field intensity, thus fulfilling a precondition for non-locality, and it carries information about the whole experimental arrangement in which the particle finds itself.

In a non-commutative structure, we must distinguish between a left and a right translation, so that both momenta, (31) and (32), arise by combinations of the left and right translations of the momentum operator. This implies that the real and imaginary parts of a weak value result from the fact that we have, at the fundamental level, a non-commutative structure and by forcing this into a complex structure we have hidden some aspects of the deeper structure.
So Yakir Aharonov's "weak measurements" have not only corroborated the de Broglie-Bohm model of reality but have also corroborated noncommutative spacetime origin of reality - just as the Ancient Advanced Acoustic Alchemy of Pythagorean (Daoist and "three gunas" and the San Bushmen original human culture) had also realized.
