Hermit Hut, part 3: EcoEcho Forest Cultivation Hang-ups Or Hurrahs!?!

So I was trying to "crank" out the water like I was "cranking" out the walls - and I forgot about the iron pipe at the bottom of the well (that had busted off at the casing attachment - the linkage or whatever it's called - the Coupling man-talk word )....
So my specially custom designed water bucket with harness has to be totally re-down. Also I guess I'm only currently recharged a few gallons of water. I can get by on that but I hope it doesn't keep lowering - I hope that is the "water table."

So I did another soaking of the Shiitake Logs - and to be honest I'm not seeing any more dramatic growth rates. It seems to be more of a slow growth now. There are a bunch of logs after being soaked. So I would not be surprised if I don't get much of a harvest this fall if at all. They say six months is necessary before the first harvest. I did most of the logs starting in May but I think some in April. I could get SOME shiitake this fall but I'm not sure. Some of the logs do have their ends covered in mycelium - which means they should fruit. But those are small logs. The issue is to not have them dry out too much. I probably could have soaked the logs EACH WEEK for faster growth. Now it is a lot cooler up north - and so not the typically Japanese warmth. Also - I am concerned about activating fruiting too early. I figure if they fruit then I harvest what I get. But I have one order for a QUARTER of a pound of dried shiitake - that's quite a lot of fresh shiitake. I'll see what happens but I doubt that will get filled this fall - I highly doubt that. This spring is possible. I'm not even sure how many fresh pounds (one?) = a quarter of a pound dried. haha.

Meanwhile the local shrooms are popping up. Gotta look this one up.

Also, a simple connection between Q_M and relativity theory for the De Broglie particle/pilot wave concept shows that v_p v_w = c² is required, where the subscripts p and w refer to particle and wave, respectively. The Hempel Effect

Visually, the frequency and amplitude changes but the EAR hears no difference - both phases are the Perfect Fifth just inverted as undivided yin-yang (the Taiji). I was discussing noncommutative phase with Nobel physicist Brian Josephson - and he said that I didn't understand how octaves were a geometric logarithm - so that C to G is 3/2 yet G to C is 3/4 as the harmonic series. So I tried to point out to him that since the 2 and 4 are the SAME C as "pitch" - then in the same octave, when doubled back, you can not HAVE the same G as Both the Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth. Why? Because 3/4 is the reverse direction in time - so that now the "3" is the denominator as a new root tonic. And so the harmonic series assumes this is a logarithmic equation as a ratio that can be inverted - but you can not evenly divide the octave and the Perfect Fifth since 2 does not go into 3 evenly. So this means that 3/4 is actually C to F while C to G is 3/2 and the C to F was derived from doubling 2/3. So this is called the "phantom tonic" in music theory and reveals the noncommutative phase origin of the music harmonics - as Alain Connes recognizes. Let us draw up a fundamental vibration with its first and second harmonic overtones [1:2 and 2:3]….if we then shift the phase relationship, we get a totally different course of the combined curve; that is, of the pressure course [amplitude and frequency] which is apparently effective in the final analysis. When looking at both curves, one might suppose that in the two cases we should hear two sounds that are just as different. But in fact our ear does not notice any difference. biophysicist Vitus B.
