EcoEcho Week 3: Part 4 Tall Buttercup! the yellow flower

so... the below leaf is some kind of Cinquefoil. ABOVE is Marsh Cinquefoil!

more mysterious forbs   I think the below is Tall Buttercup!

So this is a new flower for me but I should be able to ID it pretty easily.  Bingo https://www.minnesotawildflowers.info/udata/r9ndp23q/yellow/common-buttercup_0614_171756.jpg

I'll get back to that one.

This is a close up of the HOneysuckle - you need to get the minutiae of the growth to ID it properly. I'll get back to that. (It's actually a Dogwood SHRUB... I was used to Dogwood as a tree so that's why I thought it couldn't be Dogwood - oops).

Here's a bunch of "mini-logs" that are inoculated - 2 inches to 3 inches. So I have a total of 79 logs but since they're smaller - I can do more next time I go up. I'm gonna try Poplar since I cut a poplar aspen tree by accident. It's supposed to break down too fast but those are big logs. So maybe it will work.

Onto part 5
