Yes the garlic/onion/leek admonition is from the Brahmin celibacy rule since those foods create a "lugubrious" condition. actually I'm not sure why I associate that word - but more accurately - those foods as spices - along with cayenne - they are considered too stimulating to create sexual fluids as ejaculation. And since ejaculation is considered the most traumatic for the celibates - then it is an "anything but" scenario.

So actually Tea Tree Oil would be the way to go - although it also does not smell very good. So I mix it with cloves. There is a famous Buddhist monk who died recently - he was considered China's last great Ch'an (zen) master - Nan, Huai-chin. He died from pneumonia I think. But the problem is that Western medicine does not have any anti-viral treatment and so the congestion in the lungs does not go away. I was just reading of a Western medical doctor treating indigenous people here in Minnesota - and an elderly man also died from pneumonia. The doctor had just used expectorants and when they didn't work he wanted to try an extreme diabetic treatment to thin the blood (to help clear out the lungs). But since the patient was already diabetic then their blood pressure would drop too low and so the family said - just let him die. This is craziness.

Tea Tree Oil is a very effective anti-viral. I have been treating my mom with tea tree oil and cloves - but at first she thought the doctor would save her - and he gave her NO anti-viral treatment at all. This astounded me. She was 70% better but she got impatient but then the inhaler and muximel or whatever. That stuff is another indigenous plant medicine that STOPS the production of the mucus. But it still is not an antiviral to knock out what is CREATING the mucus in the first place. It amazes me that Western doctors are basically like psychiatrists - they're trained to just PUSH BIG PHARMA crap while having no training in ecological indigenous medicines. MOST western medicine is stolen from natural indigenous sources anyway and then "reverse-engineered" into some extracted concoction that can be patented.

So yes my skin is permanently yellow from having taken so much garlic back in the day and I still take it on occasion when needing an extreme treatment that is fast - that burning sensation is really strong. Anyway so that Chinese meditation master said he was just teaching too much - so he could not store up his energy enough to heal himself. I think he was in his 80s also and so I guess he just wanted to die - as he had already achieved advanced levels. But his teaching specially focused on how unless the person dies with their body health intact then they LOSE their enlightenment status at death and just turn into a ghost. haha. So he was a victim of the bad karma of our times. He wanted someone to do a conceptual analysis (the 6th level of consciousness) of our times.

That book is not so clear on the "solution" but my more research research focuses on the solution more. The irony being that the solution is a "post-death" experience. This is what the Ch'an Master Nan, Huai-chin meant and is also described in books by Charles Luk (translations of his) - on Zen or Ch'an masters. So after a certain level of meditation is achieved then the person is always in contact with the original energy of the Universe - the Emptiness or Cosmic Mother. So their own personal death becomes a kind of joke. So Buddhism is, like Christianity, a "reform religion" of the Solar Western Asian ritual priest empires (Brahmin and Zoroastrianism). It does not cut to the chase - it is still based on patriarchy.

Hudson, economist (and musician) points out - the Plato and Archytas promoted Western Music as mass mind control based on logarithmic mathematics (with the exponential as the inverse function). So you can then have equal-tempered (democratic) musical Justice that is in fact promoting exponential growth of human civilization against ecology.

The real answer is the Orthodox Pythagorean philosophy that has been rediscovered as noncommutative phase (also the same as Daoist alchemy neigong or the "three gunas" of India - or the N/om of the San Bushmen original human culture). Blues music was an attempt by the slaves to recapture the natural harmonics since the flat 3rd is 5/4 which the Greeks from Archtyas then used to promote as the cube root of 2. This "modern science" logarithmic math was then rediscovered to create the Renaissance of Europe (via Marsilio Ficino). So 5/4 was an extension of the Pythagorean Tetraktys of 1:2:3:4 which is really non-local quantum relativistic noncommutative phase reality.
