The problem with those "hopium" articles - is you need to register or something strange to comment - so they live in their little cyber-bubbles, cut off from radicals sending them information. Why was Dr. Mark Serreze, supposed Arctic Expert, telling me he though the "abrupt methane eruption" was a "low probability" and so I send him Dr. Shakhova's research. Then he gets quoted in a big global news story how the Arctic warming is now "crazy, crazy" - so I contact him again about the ESAS methane bomb and he goes, "Yeah I still think it's low probability but Dr. Natalia Shakhova is the expert." Then he sends me old research of hers. Probably what I had sent him already. I send him her latest research in reply and say ok then why does she say EVERY YEAR MATTERS and that the Arctic Methane is gonna blow as soon as it's ice free? His response: Thanks. That's IT!! The Hempel Effect

Visually, the frequency and amplitude changes but the EAR hears no difference - both phases are the Perfect Fifth just inverted as undivided yin-yang (the Taiji). I was discussing noncommutative phase with Nobel physicist Brian Josephson - and he said that I didn't understand how octaves were a geometric logarithm - so that C to G is 3/2 yet G to C is 3/4 as the harmonic series. So I tried to point out to him that since the 2 and 4 are the SAME C as "pitch" - then in the same octave, when doubled back, you can not HAVE the same G as Both the Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth. Why? Because 3/4 is the reverse direction in time - so that now the "3" is the denominator as a new root tonic. And so the harmonic series assumes this is a logarithmic equation as a ratio that can be inverted - but you can not evenly divide the octave and the Perfect Fifth since 2 does not go into 3 evenly. So this means that 3/4 is actually C to F while C to G is 3/2 and the C to F was derived from doubling 2/3. So this is called the "phantom tonic" in music theory and reveals the noncommutative phase origin of the music harmonics - as Alain Connes recognizes. Let us draw up a fundamental vibration with its first and second harmonic overtones [1:2 and 2:3]….if we then shift the phase relationship, we get a totally different course of the combined curve; that is, of the pressure course [amplitude and frequency] which is apparently effective in the final analysis. Professor Richard McKirahan: "So instead of taking 12:9, which is 3/4 of 12, we take 8:6, which is 3/4 of 8. Or as Professor Borzacchini states: " These remarks raise the question of the difference between the ancient Pythagorean ‘musical’ perception as displayed in the Pythagorean idea of ‘linear number’ in Boethius [Philolaus] or in Nicomachus, and the modern ‘geometrical’ perception of the linear numerical magnitudes."
