Focused Internal Attention as right-brain dominant listening: alpha brain waves and imagining music

So the "Mozart Effect" is actually now considered to be increased spatial memory learning - due to a decrease in lower frequency brain waves - and as it is shown in rats, as much as in humans, the main cause is considered to be rhythm, not frequency. But there is a paradox in that at first you have an increase the sympathetic nervous system as brain stimulation, but then overall an increase in parasympathetic nervous system. This has been shown to decrease epileptic seizures. That's all good but I'm going from something deeper.

So what I am interested in is the deeper level of increased alpha brain waves from music - and this was identified in differently designed studies.

 Similar findings were also observed by fMRI studies on creative story generation (Howard-Jones, Blakemore, Samuel, Summers, & Claxton, 2005), designing of pens (Kowatari et al., 2009), or melodic improvisation in musicians (Berkowitz & Ansari, 2008, 2010).

So increased alpha brain waves (in contrast the standard Mozart Effect intepretation) is consider the key to creative ideation.

 We conclude that increased alpha power during creative ideation is among the most consistent findings in neuroscientific research on creativity and discuss possible future directions to better understand the manifold brain mechanisms involved in creativity.

  In another creativity domain, Berkowitz and Ansari (2010) found that musicians but not non-musicians deactivated the right temporo-parietal junction (including the angular gyrus) during musical improvisation, which was discussed in terms of inhibition of stimulus-driven attention aiding creative thought (see also Berkowitz and Ansari, 2008).

So this brings us to this study....

 

 So it appears that rhythm drives the alpha waves more - and enables inhibition of left brain thinking....So at first you get a general left-right brain synchronization:


Yes Ravi - in science it is called "noncommutative phase" so that nondualism means "not-two" as in being in two places at the same time! So light, when turned around to zero time, has secret relativistic mass as superluminal momentum - it can not be seen. Shakti is phonon or Nada - the eternal feminine as the Cosmic Goddess can be listened to. So it is called "three in one unity" or the three gunas of no guna. The listening as Nada is reverse time as consciousness from the future. So the shiva is the spiritual ego. You can have visions of the future or change your past but that which connects the future with the past is the Shakti energy from Nada - or listening, and hearing. So when Shiva as light is so strong then we lose self-awareness as the light returns to zero time but time is eternal and so reverses from the future. There is this "pilot wave" that is the 5th dimension that can not be seen. Every zero point in space actually has infinite frequency and the reverse, infinite time and zero frequency. It is always complementary opposites or yin-yang as the One undivided shakti consciousness-energy. It is called "yuan qi" in Daoism. Qi is the Mother of Spirit is how it is taught in Daoism.  It is also called the Mysterious Valley as the Mother of the Elixir. Inside the Water of the 2nd chakra is Air that gets ionized as reverse time energy or anti-matter or positive pressure from the future. It is called negentropy. So the third chakra is the "cauldron" while the 2nd chakra is the stove. The water has to boil and then creates steam as the third chakra. The fire in the third chakra is actually steam. It is like walking on fire on coals - it is the steam that enables you to walk on fire of coals. The water instantly vaporizes as reverse time force energy and so is hotter than the sun. It is a laser energy since it is coherent and faster than light - it is superluminal nonlocal consciousness of the universe - as Nada. This teaching is very ancient. The original human culture called it N/om as the kundalini snake statue that is 70,000 years old. haha.  So then as the steam builds up then the light gets stronger. If the third chakra opens up - actually the whole body is filled with prana or qi - and Nirvikalpa Samadhi is achieved. This is called embryonic breathing. The top of the skull gets soft and pulsates - like a baby's skull. The centers of the hands and feet pulsate with prana or qi. So then physical breathing, sleep and eating are minimized. Sri Yukteswar called it "breathless ecstasy." It is difficult to maintain this state. Most people never finish opening the 2nd chakra. It is rare to really open the third chakra. The third eye also opens when the third chakra opens up. It is called the ancestral cavity - with the light of the moon as the third eye to the mysterious gate that is neither inside nor outside the body. So the qi or prana is then shakti from reverse time energy - virtual information field. Western science covered up this ancient secret that is actually very advanced.
