Complementary perpetual motion: Ling Bao Tong Zhi Neg Nei Gong Shu book by Wang Li Ping, Dragon Gate Daoist Immortal

So I am just now paging through my new Birthday gift - as I had asked for. The book is chock full of the wonderful teachings in detail - corroborating the book "Opening the Dragon Gate" (a biography of Wang Li Ping). http://www.dragongateacademy.com/

So this book has three books in the appendix and then the main book is training exercises in detail - with diagram images drawn when needed. The font is probably 14 point or large but the book is 425 pages - so it is a lot of detailed instructions for Daoist training.

For example the Small Universe meditation or Microcosmic orbit or small heavenly circuit - it is called

Jin Yang Huo and Tui Yin Fu (Turning up the Yang Fire and Bringing down the Yin Fu).
"Complementary perpetual motion."
This book does not hold back at all. There are very advanced teachings and also a very broad array of exercises covering all facets of teaching.

Someone on the Daobums forum stated that Zhang Hongbao was a student of Wang Li Ping. This makes sense since the advanced training for Zhong Gong took place at Mt. Qingcheng where the Dragon Gate http://qigongmaster.com Zhang, Yuanming also trains. And http://springforestqigong.com said he had gone to visit Zhang, Yuanming but he was doing his cave meditation at the time.

So there is a direct lineage from my own training to Wang Liping.

So this book is all about real alchemy training - using the term Ding for the tripod vessel. We find the same tripod vessel in Pythagorean meditation training as well - as I've pointed out.

He says in the introduction - or his student relates that one of the teachers of Wang Liping then passed on at 140 years old!

He had been training his Yang Shen - golden immortal body as new physical matter.

Chunyi Lin had said in 2000 that he knew of masters in the mountains of China training their Golden Yang shen immortal body. So this is probably who he was referring to.

So this is a definite "life time" book - there is SO much information in here and it is meant to be PRACTICED - and so even if you memorized the book - that would not be enough. Only if you practice what is in the book - as a training manual - then the book will be properly appreciated.

Everything about the book seems in agreement with the book "Taoist Yoga: alchemy and immortality" as well. So this book is a true treasure.

I look forward to relaxing while reading this book. It will take me a long time to read although reading - rereading Opening the Dragon Gate was a fast read! Why? That book is a narrative of events mainly and so is descriptive. This book is procedural and prescriptive. So it is important to understand the nuances. But the book has not only been translated into English but also the principles and procedures have been clearly spelled out.
