Currently all private residential buildings are required to be built on a permanent foundation, making it illegal for an RV-dweller to live in most places in Oakland, except in rare cases like some empty lots where there isn’t an existing house or other structure.
Under the new ordinance, one or more RVs or tiny houses could be stationed temporarily or permanently on a private lot. Each RV would count as a housing unit in the city’s zoning code, and in many cases they would qualify as “ADUs,” or accessory dwelling units, which are permitted across the city.
VRFs include motorhomes, trailers, and tiny homes on wheels. They contain less than 320 square feet of internal living area and 400 square feet or less of gross horizontal area.

In
my approach there is no need to refer to any wave function. Each
individual process is described by the non-commutative elements of the
phase-space algebra itself. Classical physics uses a commutative
phase-space algebra. Classical physics has the Poisson brackets as a
vital part of the description. What we have to understand is how that
bracket emerges from the non-commutative structure. Now the
non-commutative algebra contains two types of bracket, a commutator or
Lie bracket (or Lie product to give it its proper mathematical name) and
an anti-commutator or Baker bracket ( known as the Jordan product).
The Lie bracket becomes the Poisson bracket as we go to the classical
limit, while the Jordan product becomes the normal inner product. In
symbols (AB + BA)/2 —> AB. The Jordan product is the most neglected
product in the whole discussion of the foundations of quantum mechanics.
This is not a 'cheat answer’. It's what you have to understand if you really
want to the relation between quantum and classical physics. The
clearest discussion of this issue is in the paper I have attached.

It is the spin that led me to the idea of no ‘waves’. One of the important things which keeps the ‘wave’ idea alive is the notion of ‘phase’, of interference, but in the case of non-relativistic spin there two ‘phases’— R(1)exp[iS(1)] and the second component R(2)exp[iS(2)]. So how do you think of two ‘phases’ in interference phenomena; in Dirac there are four 'phases’. OK so you can think of 'four waves’. Why ‘four’, but what has happened to the simple idea of interference? The whole picture has suddenly become more complicated and confused. Four waves to be ‘collapsed’? The story seems bogus to me, but that is just my opinion. The simple picture loses it appeal, like the epicycles of Ptolemy. They work but nobody now believes in that story.Of course you have to explore the algebraic way and see if it makes more sense. I do and to me it fits more naturally into the mathematical scheme I am developing. By the way it is not just me. Look, for example, at Rudolf Haag’s book, “Local Quantum Physics, Fields, particles and Algebras.” Chapter III onwards is the area I have been studying. But there is much more interesting ideas being developed i.e. Alan Connes “Noncommutative Geometry."Basil Hiley.

Why Jon Belof's scheme to harvest energy from humans for stablecoin is logically flawed: Ecosphere is not technology
- I thank you very much for your stunning expose. I was trying to remember where I had read Jon Belof before - probably several places. Anyway I read his claim for stablecoin to have neutral energy. He has made a serious logical error - and this is the whole problem of this "digitization" scheme - or the idea that our brains are digital computers - it falls back eventually onto the "symmetry scam" promoted by Platonic philosophy math (of the geometric continuum creating irrational number as a "convenient fiction" to quote Bertrand Russell).
I was casually perusing the Sunday corporate-state newspaper and noticed the word "ecosphere" used (of course in a non-ecological context) instead of the typical use of "ecosystem" (a word applied more to the internet or healthcare than to "natural life" as you call it). So it turns out the definition of "ecosphere" is a self-sustaining emphasis of ecosystem - based on the power of the sun (from negentropy of course).
Below are quotes from the Belof paper - that you probably already looked it.
I've actually read up on this area of research - with Martin Scully's "quantum demon" Pythagorean book - it's on my book shelf. Anyway the logical error of Belof is not realizing that quantum physics originates from noncommutativity. This is of course the logical error of the "Music logarithmic spiral" itself - it's a structural mathematical error of logic.
We can think of this logical error translated back into energy in terms of Louis de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony (that he called his "greatest discovery"). De Broglie is taught as defining matter as waves but his Law of Phase Harmony is not taught in physics classes - although a few scientists are focusing on his Law of Phase Harmony - I was just corresponding with one of them a couple days ago.
So essentially the "virtual photon" is negative frequency but it also has a "reverse time" energy - well technically it's NOT energy (since that assumes again a symmetric mathematics via the Poisson Bracket in quantum physics - or the squaring of amplitude waves). So the "reverse time" is defined by the square root of negative one (the imaginary number) as quantum algebra or the inner cross products of the matrices (as discrete numbers due to relying on quantum operators or the collapse of the wave function as quantum uncertainty).
This is, by the way, the same reason why standard science assumes that a signal can not be superluminal since it has no energy and hence the reason why de Broglie claimed there was information from the future guiding matter (his pilot model that both Reiser and Puharich also rely on for their Cosmic Humanism unified field theory). So the point being that there can still be Force - and in fact a very strong - what the scientist I just corresponded with, John G. Williamson, calls, the "Super Strong Force" - force.
So here is where Sir Roger Penrose takes precedence - as a 90 year old he is too easily dismissed or attacked by younger "careerists" - the pathetic attempt by the creepy NeoDarwinist dude recently is a good example - I've repressed his name for now - anyway Penrose emphasizes how "gravitational entropy" is the opposite to the "entropy of matter." This concept also eludes almost all scientists since it also relies on noncommutative or what Penrose emphasizes as "asymmetric time" being highly "negative entropy" - with the origin of the Universe having very low gravitational entropy.
So the point being that the power of Life having the same origin as the power of the sun (first emphasized by Schroedinger in his 1945 book, "What is Life?") actually "amplifies up" from noncommutativity (ironically this point was first emphasized by Pascual Jordan yet since he made the mistake of being a Nazi his noncommutative quantum biology claim in the 1930s was ignored).
OK sorry to be so long-winded - as my conclusion is that indeed Mother Nature is "taking revenge" in the sense that the nonlinear positive feedbacks - for example the ESAS Methane Bomb of gigatons (see http://arctic-news.blogspot.com for details) is increasingly now dominant.
I mean seriously - modern males can't even control their lower bodies yet we modern males think we can control Mother Nature? I realize that, as Louis de Broglie discovered, the innate truth of reality IS a "harmonizing" life positive force - but that force is also inherently from the future!! This is the error that Jon Belof makes in the below quotes - he is neglecting the truth of information already existing in the future. Olivier Costa de Beauregard, the protege of Louis de Broglie, called this precognitive "de facto" proof of quantum physics the "Organizing" will power of reality - versus the information as conscious knowledge. So we can logically infer this "organizing" force as information but science as external technology has to rely on a linear conversion of time and frequency as conscious knowledge in the past (and hence loses the negentropic force energy).
So for example you reference the spiritual training and that energy being harvested - what is fascinating about Samadhi or deep meditation visions is that they have to be right brain dominant and thus also in silence. It is essentially the Quantum Zeno Effect in biology to therefore maintain a noncommtutative phase or nonlocal phase resonance with the future that is then converted into a photon vision from the precognitive virtual photon information. So this "samadhi" that is called Nirvikalpa Samadhi - inherently has to continually "empty out" the information back into the Emptiness (or formless awareness) that can not be seen.
My own teacher, qigong master Jim Nance of http://guidingqi.com who trained from http://springforestqigongcom grandmaster Chunyi Lin - Jim calls this the "point of origination" - and that phrase is one I came across I think in a Zen book - so Jim previously had trained in Zen meditation.
So in other words the spiritual ego is coherent biophoton laser energy that is built up in intensity but the "intensity" is based on quantum frequency that is noncommutative (and not based on the amplitude squared as classical intensity or watts energy). For example the source of charge for volts, as per NIST, relies on the Josephson Junction to create an entangled photon with a superconducting nonlocal signal (between a thin insulator). That source is what Josephson in his Nobel Prize lecture calls "symmetry breaking" - but physics assumes the "symmetry breaking" already occurs in symmetric spacetime as relativity! I have corresponded with Brian Josephson about this also.
So there is a fundamental philosophical error that is essentially hard-wired into the mathematics of mainstream science. Only Professor Basil J. Hiley has recognized this - it is the addendum of my book - where I have the long email from Hiley. He even acknowledges this is the source of our ecological crisis. He even tried to convince Penrose that the noncommutativity should just resonate up to the macroscale and thus have no need for any "collapse of the wavefunction" from gravity.
My fingers are getting tired since this lap top is just a FLAT keyboard without the ergonomics of an Old Skool keyboard. haha. I think I've said enough for now.
I also appreciate your attempts at "engaging" other academics - who, obviously, have psychological denial factors due to careerism. I was reminded of this fellow "activist" academic who was working on his Ph.D. He wrote a "paper" about our Minnehaha Free State occupation of the sacred forest (that the Minnesota state DOT was determined to clearcut). I also wrote a paper on it for my environmental racism class taught by Winona LaDuke - only I also got arrested as part of the "research" and I presented some of my research conclusions to the judge! The native activist in charge of the occupation came of to me as I finished my presentation to the judge - "I wish I had known about that before!" (I had brought my research down to the occupation site and asked my fellow white male activists to share it with the native activists - but I guess they were all too focused on their military confrontation with what turned out to the largest police military raid in Minnesota history up till then - in 1998).
Anyway my Ph.D. friend of course did not want to ruin his "careerism" track - and another female activist friend of mine complained how he had dumped her also while he was doing research "abroad" (the double entendre intended).
So now he's some "professor" and the ecological apocalypse has also advanced its career. hahaha.

Dirac remembered that a more abstract
