Among the foreign (predominantly Western) Friends of Falun Gong, we find the likes of Mark Palmer of Freedom House. Freedom House is a quasi-intelligence front created by the CIA-connected Open Society Institute of elite George Soros. In addition to Palmer, Freedom House has counted among its top management the former CIA Director James Woolsey, neocons Bernie Aronson and Diana Negroponte, super elite Zbigniew Brzezinski, former Clinton National Security Advisor Anthony Lake, Clinton Commerce Secretary Stuart Eizenstat, and the late Congressman Tom Lantos and his wife.

Freedom House is backed by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), which former CIA agent Philip Agee, and many others have amply documented, is a US intelligence apparatus that has been a driving force behind opposition forces (“democracy revolutions”) in many countries.

As pointed out by William Blum in his book, Rogue State, the CIA has created a host of “Trojan horses” such as the NED specifically to subvert foreign countries, under the guise of humanitarianism:

  In 2000, Mark Palmer, one of the National Endowment for Democracy’s
(NED’s) founders and Vice Chairman of Freedom House—an organization
funded entirely by the U.S. Congress—founded a new government-supported
group, Friends of Falun Gong (FoFG). By perusing FoFG’s annual tax filings,
one discovers that FoFG has contributed funds to Sounds of Hope Radio, New
Tang Dynasty TV, and the Epoch Times—all Falun Gong media outlets. FoFG
has also contributed to Dragon Springs (a Falun Gong ‘compound’ that hosts a
Falun Gong school and a residency complex) and to Shen Yun (a Falun Gong
performance company), as well as to Falun Gong’s PR arm. In

 a Falun Gong-related business, the Global Internet Freedom Consortium,
$1.5 Million to “provide software to skirt Internet censorship across the globe”
(Pomfret 2010), including China’s Internet filter. what has been termed “The
Great Firewall of China.” Other sources assert that the CIA’s venture capital
firm, In-Q-Tel, funds Falun Gong’s anti-censorship software efforts (Levine
2015). Yet again, we have come across other sources which indicate that earlier
efforts to fund anti-censorship software were bank-rolled by another NGO,
the Friends of Falun Gong (FoFG) organization (Morais 2006).

 Palmer’s
words regarding LHZ, “This man of peace and spirituality [is] the leader of
the most popular movement in China, and what may be the best hope for
a peaceful democratic China” (Palmer 2005: 244–245). By perusing FoFG’s
annual Form 990s, one discovers that FoFG has contributed funds to Sounds
of Hope Radio, New Tang Dynasty TV, and the Epoch Times—all Falun Gong
media outlets. FoFG has also contributed to Dragon Springs (a Falun Gong
compound, hosting a school and a residency complex) and to Shen Yun (a
Falun Gong performance company), as well as to the Eastern U.S. Buddha’s

 Huang et al. [78] presented a hypothesis that links the UL-TAFI, oxygenation and animal evolution through magnetospheric H loss to space.

 To effect oxygenation, H loss must be substantial, and this requires that supply from the lower atmosphere [150] must have been greater during the UL-TAFI relative to present.
Huang et al. [78] noted that with decreased magnetic field, greater penetration of highly energetic protons is expected, resulting in the formation of NOx compounds which can create ozone holes [151]. With the greater UV flux in a depleted ozone layer, more dissociation of water vapor [152] should occur, increasing the supply of H available for loss.

 Data indicating a magnetic field at 4.2 Ga [17,35] also provide evidence for a magnetospheric shielding of the atmosphere. This early establishment of the geodynamo is consistent with nitrogen isotopic values indicating limited nitrogen fractionation that would have otherwise been associated with the absence of a global magnetic field [17]. The 4.2 Ga age also corresponds to the time of the last common universal ancestor (LUCA) determined by genetic studies [70] (Figure 9). The presence of a Hadean magnetic field shielding sterilizing solar energetic particles and galactic cosmic rays [120] potentially widens the range of environments for the origin and earliest development of life to include sites without meters of overlying water needed for shielding in the absence of a magnetic field (e.g. shallow lakes [154]). Such life might still need to contend with greater UV radiation [155-156], but estimates of the increase relative to the present depend in turn on model choices for the Hadean atmospheric composition.

 Sagan [2] hypothesized that in the absence of a magnetic field the influx of solar energetic particles could cause organic molecules to be produced just below the troposphere and that these could be transported to the Earth’s surface through atmospheric convection. More recent magnetohydrodynamic simulations of the intense solar wind conditions in of this earliest terrestrial episode - with a geomagnetic field - also predict the formation of organic precursors to life [162] relying in part on funneling of charged particles toward the polar caps. Thus, there seem to be dual pathways in which the magnetic field, or its absence, could have been associated with the formation of the precursors of life.

If correct, our proposition, called here the EMANATE Hypothesis for short (Earth’s Magnetism Allowed New Animals To Evolve) represents a new twist in how Earth’s magnetic field is related to life. In this case, it was the weakness of the field, rather than its strong intensity and stand-off of the solar wind, that was the key factor that assisted this seminal event in animal evolution

 Winter sea ice cover in the Arctic was the lowest it’s ever been at its annual peak on March 22, 2025, according to NASA and the National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) at the University of Colorado, Boulder. At 5.53 million square miles (14.33 million square kilometers), the maximum extent fell below the prior low of 5.56 million square miles (14.41 million square kilometers) in 2017.

 So David Wasdell is emphasizing that "slow feedbacks" are the full "earth sensitivity" so that "doubling CO2-emissions" is probably 8 degrees C. global average increase.

 We're already doomed to a 6 degree Celsius increase unless we do something about it....

 In order to maintain the energy balance of the Earth, the average surface temperature of the
planet has to change by 1°C to compensate for each 3.8 watts per square metre of radiant energy blocked by change in the greenhouse effect. So if temperature has changed by 5°C between the depth of the last ice-age and the pre-industrial benchmark, it means that 19 (3.8 x 5) watts per square metre has been blocked because of the change in the greenhouse effect and the reflectivity of the planet during that period.

Completing the amplifying effect of all the feedback processes of the whole earth system
provides a value of 8.0 for the Amplification Factor. In other words the Earth System as a
whole amplifies the contribution from change in the atmospheric concentration of CO2
by a factor of 8.0, a little over 2.5 times the value used by the IPCC in its strategic advice to
Policymakers.

 Just examine the way the earth system behaves at the level of 700 ppm. We are not looking at something around 4°C on the blue line, but an increase of more like 10°C on the red line. That is twice the temperature shift between the ice ages and the pre-industrial benchmark. If we are not able to constrain the current “business as usual” behaviour, then the temperature rise increases to more like 12°C, (and two or three times that amount in the Arctic!) Good bye all the ice on earth. Welcome to something like 90 feet of sea level rise, or even more when all the Greenland ice-cap and the whole of the Antarctic ice sheet melts. Civilisation would have collapsed and we would have evacuated London well before then!
