Arthur Schuster in the journal Nature 1898 on "potential matter"
Puharich:
our inquiry is that which exists between the magnetic moment (the magnet spin properties of the electron) and its total angular momentum. A. Schuster has proposed a general equation that relates the values of these two quantities....
Psi-plasma fields are coupled to physical fields by a gravitational force governed by the value of the universal gravitational constant.
…The relationship is such that the governing force between the magnetic moment and the angular momentum is the gravitational constant.
….However, if we examine the relationship between the magnetic moment of a proton in the nucleus of a potassium or oxygen atom present in the nerve plasma membrane, and an ionic electron whirling around it, we will see that it is possible to get a significant change in the value of the gravitational constant. This change in the value of the gravitational constant, we will find, is principally a function of the period or duration of the nerve impulse. It immediately follows that as the rhythm of the nerve impulse decreases, its time period increases. The normal value of 2.45 X 1CT 3 seconds for a nerve frequency of approximately 400 cycles per second drops to a period of 0.125 second for a frequency of 8 cycles per second. The net result of such an increase in the duration of the time period as a result of a drop in frequency will be a lowering of the force of the gravitational potential within the volume of the electron
We use the case of the Yogin in a state of extreme cholinergia where the biological rhythms reach the low frequency of 8 c.p.s., or a period, T = 0.125 sec.
It is apparent that cholinergia produces a marked lowering of the nerve frequency, and a marked lowering of the value of the gravitational constant in the small region of space represented by the interionic dimension of the nerve plasma membrane. The lowering of G c will allow the psi field to expand as a result of pseudosphere geometry.

RECENTLY, Blackett1 has suggested that the formula represents a fundamental relation between the angular momentum U and the magnetic moment P of a massive rotating body; where G is the gravitational constant, c the velocity of the light and β a dimension-less constant of the order of unity. If the formula were true, it would be a great aid towards finding a theory unifying the gravitational and the electromagnetic field.
