Why Heisenberg observed frequencies are noncommutative for the transitional amplitude intensity of energy

 

 We see here that applying the Ritz-Rydberg formula based on Heisenberg's new amplitude formula relies on a changing of the value of K based on the order of K in the formula.

 This noncommutativity of frequency forced the use of Matrix multiplication but the "identity Matrix" then covered up the diagonal nonzero values that are inherently nonlocal.
