So it emphasizes for Jung that when Pauli quipped that God is a "weak left-hander" - this also revealed the secret of UFOs that Pauli was refusing to investigate on the behalf of Jung. Yes, just as I have argued, in the "Trajectory of Tantric Technology" concept.

And so the book delves into their "137" mysticism, reiterating how the measuring units cancel each other out. Only they don't! position-momentum uncertainty has now been proven to be the cause of wave-particle duality and so the "spin" that Pauli discovered as the "exclusion principle" that stops electrons from falling into the nucleus - this is actually from an "anti-matter" noncommutative phase or reversed time, as Aharonov has recently proven. Just as Shahn Majid considered - the micro-black hole of reality, does not need to be a singularity, due to noncommutative phase. As Basil Hiley points out - turning to Alain Connes - the noncommutative phase is actually Bohm's superluminal nonlocal momentum (as per de Broglie's superluminal momentum from the future, the pilot wave phase).

Science is now realizing that dark energy and dark matter are actually due to this "weak lefthand" force that causes left-handed neutrinos to create matter over anti-matter in the Universe (as we see it). But as God sees it - or the Cosmic MOther - as Jung realized - then the right brain enables contact with UFOs, etc.

 

So the effect may be considered weak or small but it self-resonates as a nonlinear ether - with the future of space actually as our 5th dimensional black hole "past" that is always-already stored holographically.  In other words as Sir Roger Penrose emphasizes, the acceleration of the universe is going into the inflation that existed before the Big Bang!

So in typical quantum physics the "operator" is outside of time but in noncommutative algebra - as both Connes and Basil Hiley admit - along with Louis Kauffman - the consciousness is inherent as an asymmetrical process of "pre-space" - of pure time algebra.

And so the entropy of time is asymmetric - with, as I have proposed, an inverse relation between the accelerating expansion of space and it's accelerating destruction on Earth as ecology. I call this the Strong Misanthropic Principle. So just as physicists want to ignore UFOs (be it due to top secret protocol) so too do physicists want to ignore the ecological crisis! Jung wanted to rely still on symmetry that was supposedly deeper than asymmetry - but this is the Lie of the Lyre - the left brain logic claims to be symmetric, when in fact it is dependent on right-hand measurements with technology. The results of symmetric math are thus highly entropic against ecology - as a dead, killing virus of the machine (silica-iron nanobiomotors).

Answer

Firstly, Time, even in non-relativistic mechanics, is not a real co-ordinate, much less in STR or GTR or in QM. As Vikram rightly points out, it can be defined only as inverse of frequency. 

Secondly, how do we know that there is a frequency? It is only by comparing with the previous occurrence of the event, periodic or otherwise. Thus, while repetitive phenomena are used to mark the progress of time, in general it is a product of change in conscious perception by observers, thus is not objective in the ordinary sense. 

The apparent  objectivity, that obtains in time perception is because of the imperceptibly small differences between observers. 

In very special cases however, subjective perception of time can have large variations from observer to observer. The famous  Dyson wrote an interesting paper on subjective time.
