This person on the left was also a security guard at my church - I used to take over after him. He was always nice and respectful but had a cool demeanor. I won't say his name to respect his privacy.

Documentary on the "Baldies" - I mentioned another friend Gio who had a photo in another Minneapolis documentary on the hardcore music scene. The Baldies were part of the hardcore music scene. My buddy Gio was the drummer in our roots reggae band. The lead singer went by the name Bear - he is in the center in the photo below:
I'm surprised I even recognized him! Our roots reggae band opened in First Avenue for an LA Ska band. Bear is the one with the prominently full head of blonde hair. haha.

Wow - first time I've seen him since we played at First Avenue in 1987 I think.

Crenshaw attended middle school and high school in Minneapolis, where he became a founding member of Anti-Racist Action, an organization that confronted white supremacists.
