Why resistance training increases nitric oxide as blood vessel dilation

 https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5463976/

Resistance training boosts nitric oxide (NO) primarily by
increasing shear stress on blood vessel walls due to higher blood flow during muscle contraction, activating endothelial cells to produce NO, which signals for vasodilation (vessel widening) for better nutrient delivery and waste removal, and improving overall vascular health with chronic training

Caffeine addiction stopped the ability of the vessel to dilate, thereby tearing the heart aorta artery from a 500 lb squat

caffeine causes adrenaline to increase for 4 hours - keeping the body study in the sympathetic nervous system....increasing blood pressure....
